I tried to upload proof of address and was blocked
I have won 200 pounds and its still in review after 6 days
I was blocked and cant email mr run as they have blocked me
Im upset that no matter what documents i sent was an excuse and wasnt accepted alhough depositing on the sight was no problem
I am making a complaint on here to verify 48 hours to contact back now my winninngs was not paid out on time like mr run advirtise
They have blocked my emails
So i would avoid after sendinv passport and proof of adress they seem to be a low review from me

Avoid at all cost!!! Signed up handed over Banking Card, Drivers License, and Proof of address all verified with full name. Won some money, withdrew then after few hours it stated it failed. Spoke to live chat, a guy called Nick told me they might ask banking statement, why? My banking statement will show sort code and account number not long card number being used for deposit which is easy to transfer back by withdrawal as its a card payment. Then stated someone from the team will email me at 1am 😳why 1am? 🤣Everything is verified so makes no sense as to why it would bounce no other casino has an issue. They dont want to pay and use lame ass excuses. Just avoid them they are a joke casino.

Tried to withdraw winnings they and closed account said “bad faith” and have kept the winnings.
I’m following the process of complaint and then will go through the UK gambling commission but be very careful with this casino.
£5000 they would not pay out.

Scammed from this site - first time a casino has ever done this and I cannot believe it. I withdrew £6,000 and they emailed saying I played “in bad faith” which is another word for “you did nothing wrong, you got lucky and were not paying you”.

Avoid this site at all costs, I am in process of reporting these guys to the gambling commission as a family member works for them - what a disgusting way to treat a customer especially around Christmas!

I will be taking this further!

Scamming websites Mr Run and Mr Ben and whatsoever other casinos these people are. Stay away from this fraudulent website with rigged games programmed to give out nothing at all. Poor customer service. Over all do not waste your money on these casinos. You’d never win a single cent back.
