I love my hot air balloon

I love my hot air balloon! It's a lot bigger than I expected. It is really nice quality and it came much more quickly than I was expecting. No hassles and I will order again

I ordered from this company over two…

I ordered from this company over two weeks ago and the item (which were not a pre order item!) has not shipped yet. I’ve contacted them via their website (there is no customer service phone number) and I only had one reply that says they are very busy??? Have contacted them several times since then and no reply. I also tried to use the chat on the website and didn’t even get a response from AI!!! So disappointing because I have gotten things from this company before, but something shady is definitely going on now. BEWARE!!!!!

We completely understand that waiting for an order can be frustrating. We did respond to let you know that we were experiencing a particularly busy period, and we also advised that your order had been passed to our dispatch team and was being worked on.

Just to clarify, our messaging system displays conversations in chronological order, with the oldest messages being handled first. Unfortunately, when multiple new messages are sent before we have a chance to reply, the conversation is updated and moves further down the queue, which can unintentionally delay a response.

I'm pleased to see that your order has since been dispatched and is now on its way to you. Excellent customer service after a slight hitch with my order! They handled it quickly and well. I’d prefer if they had a phone number so you could actually speak to someone but maybe that’s asking too much these days. 😊

Great stuff IF it would ever get to you.

First, I absolutely love the items at Mrs. Alice. They are beautiful, whimsical, and make me happy. The only problem is once you order them, they do not arrive on time or at all. On three separate occassions, I have ordered something only to be told it is out of stock and was accidentally sold to me. On one of those occasions, I waited a month for the item (a Christmas present that ended up arriving in late January), and the other two times, I wound up having to get a refund after waiting several weeks. That left me scrambling again since both times they were birthday gifts. I must be a moron for trying that third time, but the items are just so appealing. Well, three strikes, you’re out at this point. As much as I love the goods, I cannot take the hassle, and customer service, while efficient was completely unconcerned and uncaring about the trouble I was caused. Good luck.

UPDATE - Thanks for your reply. I think the disconnect with your company is very fixable. It seems that whatever department is responsible for keeping track of inventory and how many items are in stock for sale is lagging way behind consumer demand. Items that are out of stock should not be listed for sale on the site any longer. I have found I have ordered items days after I was later told were out of stock. Also, the customer seems to have to reach out to you at least a week after hearing nothing about the progress of their item through your system, and that does not gain you the trust of your customers. Each time my items were delayed, I only found out what was happening by reaching out to you. I was never informed of a delay otherwise. I would love to see these issues corrected so I could order from you with confidence. As it stands now, I am afraid to order an item because my money will be taken but the item may or may not arrive. How about not taking the money until the item is actually shipped? Truly, I would love to continue to do business with you as your items are absolutely charming. I am telling you all of this, not to complain, but so that you can see what your customers are experiencing. I am sure for every 1 customer writing to you, there are 10 who have just given up without saying anything at all. I would love to see you succeed. I wish there were a way I could share pictures of the charming accents you have added to our rooms with the items I did eventually receive. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and firstly, we are so sorry for the disappointment and frustration we have caused.

We are grateful for your kind words about our products, which makes it all the more upsetting to hear that our service has repeatedly fallen short of the standard you deserved.

Regarding your most recent order, the parcel was dispatched with FedEx, however it was unfortunately misplaced by the carrier whilst in transit. As the item had since sold out, we were unable to send an immediate replacement. We therefore offered either a replacement once stock returns in July or a full refund, and as you preferred not to wait, we processed a full refund as requested.

That said, we completely understand that this latest issue came after previous occasions where stock availability and fulfilment delays affected your orders. We appreciate how disappointing and inconvenient this was, particularly when purchasing gifts for special occasions. We also sincerely regret that our communication left you feeling that we were unconcerned about the impact these issues had on you. That is certainly not how we want any customer to feel.

Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the cumulative frustration caused. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue working to improve both our inventory processes and the overall customer experience.

Thank you again for your honest feedback and for having supported us despite these difficulties. We are truly sorry that we have let you down.
