This is the 2nd time I have used Mrscrazycreations for special occasion "different" gifts.
Due to the nature of the personalisation I contacted Jo and she could not have been more helpful and also got specific outfits and accompaniments for my Lego people.

Jo checked with me with all layouts I’d forgotten a figure she added it in for me made sure all was correct and sent out like super quick ! Wrapped very well and the wife loved it .. it was blooming great. Highly recommended and am definitely going to get the young lady to do some more for me ..

The service, responsiveness, and overall customer care were excellent. The attention given to my needs, along with the different changes I requested, really made the difference compared with other companies offering the same service. Shipping was fast, and at no point did I have to chase for an update. A solid 10 out of 10.

Everything was very easy from start to finish. Choosing each different element for the Lego figures was very simple. Also, having a preview sent through was also a very nice touch so that changes could be made to any of the figures. Would happily use this service again. Highly recommend

I asked to make a frame written in Portuguese, the team was super attentive and careful. They promptly welcomed my proposal and it was sent very quickly. The frame is fantastic!

Timing was amazing! Ordered my products for Christmas gifts, They got it shipped overseas and to me before then with plenty of time to wrap them.
I was kept in the loop through all steps for approval before it was mailed.
