Rescue training@Caphouse was most enjoyable, arduous and educational. Keith and Nigel were superb. A tad disappointing that on a very hot day, the rescue team were unable to shower. Col.

Have just returned to work having done a two day intensive but thorough training for First Aid at the Cowdenbeath branch in order to update my qualification which is renewed every three years. I have attended the course at the Cowdenbeath branch 3 times and I can't fault it. There seems to be a number of changes to the protocol which the trainers keep you up to date with. Within the classroom and the building there is scope for class discussion and some hands on practical training too. The trainers are highly knowledgeable as they have had a lot of life experience themselves and incidences that they have delt with first hand. The test was manageable at the end and I we were issued a book to accompany the course that can be referred to anytime its needed. Class members came from different career paths and experiences so that was also a plus. I must also mention it was lovely being supplied with lunch which was a definite added bonus! Plenty to choose from and very fresh ingredients. I would definitely recommend for training.

Attended a Confined Space Entry City and Guilds course at the Aberdeen training centre and have nothing but praise for the way the course was run. Scott and James took the course and were absolutely professional from start to finish. This was my second course with MRS and will use them again without hesitation. Many Thanks

I recently sat a managing safely course with Emma at MRS. The course was very informative and Emma was a excellent teacher. She was very knowledgeable and experienced in her role. The site has some excellent training facilities and areas for training, i would recommend MRS to all companies and individuals for their confined spaces training needs.

Just come back from confined spaced course Mansfield had Lindsey as our instructor she was great I would highly recommend this course and the premises

Our contact Becky provides an invaluable service for all our requests & all the trainers who attend our site are extremely professional, helpful & we have 100% positive feedback on the courses that they run for us. Would strongly recommend this company for anyone looking for the various types of training they provide.

Fire warden training was delivered by a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer who made it easy for those attending to understand the course content, which had the correct balance of theory and practical, simplifying for those attending for the first time and maintaining the correct level for those with previous experiences.

Having booked my GWOs with plenty of notice, the earliest i could get in was a week before i had planned to mobilize on a job. This was not a problem until i had an email 5 days before the course was scheduled due to lack of delegates. I understand company's not willing to run courses at a loss, however i feel five days notice is not nearly enough and could of resulted in a missed job opportunity. I was lucky enough to get in elsewhere on super short notice, and also lucky enough to have the funds available to fund the course for a second time as the refund was just as sloppy as the course cancellation notice.

Having just completed a two day medium confined space training course I just wanted to send you a quick email to say how good I thought Zoe (our instructor) was.

She delivered the course at a good pace and in a relaxed, friendly and informative way, which made for an enjoyable two days.

I was amazed that she was only 9 months into the job.

These guys on the fcc Arlington are excellent at there job I had an accident last week and they was so professional with everything they did big thanks for everything 👍

Had a very good training course, instructor was very knowledgeable. Only down side was the Manager/Assessor was very obnoxious and arrogant, and didn’t seem to know his stuff very well which lead to extended assessment.
Would definitely say the instructor and facility were good, but management were ill mannered and professionally poor.

Completed Managing confined space training last week. Trainer Luke Burton was excellent, informative but made the course interesting.
Very highly recommend.
