DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They shipped half my order late as hell but arrived after having to ask about it through a bunch of emails and kept the other half and after sending so many emails finally got a partial refund(Still payed for shipping!). I think that if I didn't email them so many times they would have not sent me a thing! Buy from somewhere else!

My order came in 6 days. Very happy with the service. Quality products, and would definitely recommend to a friend. Surprised by the bad reviews.

Do not order from them. Waste of money and time. I placed an order last October and I've received nothing, despite sporadic messages from support and promises of a replacement.

I got into Snuff a few years back when Makla hit the US market. When they lost their distribution here, I learned of MrSnuff. At first I got products after a week from them on the regular, but once Covid hit, things became very hit & miss. One week shipping often turned into six... but I still ordered because I would get enough to cover the span of time. And then... last September happened.

I ordered, and waited, and waited, and waited some more. The day before the deadline for me to inquire (Royal Mail regs), they sent me an email saying my package was returned to their office and asked if I wanted them to reship. I said yes, and they agreed to with S&H paid for. Then, without a word, they canceled the order. Turns out the items I wanted were now out of stock. It'd been two months at this point! Like I couldn't wait a little longer?!

I finally gave them one last chance around Christmas. They're using FedEx now so they have actual tracking, but so far I'm kind of unimpressed... been almost 3 weeks since leaving the UK and not a word. This might wind up being edited into a 1-star review... we'll have to wait and see.

Very hit and miss customer care emails . Ask questions but get no answers. One delivery didn't come so they sent a replacement except to give two of the same snuffs at a much less value instead of saying it wasn't in stock ,should of been sent when back in stock. When emails are answered it's good. Packages arrive safely andcwell packages. The two stars are based on my mist recent experiences.

Nice clear website, huge product range, including snuffs that are hard to obtain elsewhere. Packing, dispatching quickly, choice of shipping, and they communicate on the rare occasions when something goes wrong. One gripe, is that they used to have a fantastic rewards points system, but recently stopped it. Otherwise, a fab site to browse and buy from.

I placed an order 1st week of Sept but nothing would be done till after their specified wait. Since their time limit has been met, I finally got a reply. Undoubtedly my order has been lost. What a crop of crap that's used! So I'll get my refund minus shipping charges. Folks stay away from this business where you are treated as a dollar and not a customer.

first two orders took a little over two weeks , not bad since i live in wa st , since then placed 6 different orders in aug and sep , havnt got one order yet and its middle of october , be a pigs ass if i ever order from here again !

Despite of so many very bad rewiews here: All just very good. Escpecially the fast and uncomplicated delivery to Switzerland! Will order soon again here.

Never received a product, support does not respond, basically they stole the money

To notch customer service! I had placed an order and it had been 3 weeks so I reached out to them and they were very helpful and offered to ship out a new package completely free!!!

I asked about the original order that was being slow and they said if it arrives to keep it no extra charges

I've never experience service like that before. Very happy and I will be back!!

Best place to buy my snuffs. My third time buying from them without trouble. ;-)

I ordered a blue tooth speaker and received a oven mitten. I contacted the company and they said there was a mistake in the packing department. Really!! An oven mit for 80.00 dollars!!
It's a scam. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and they offered me 50% my money back then they went to 75% of my money back up to 95% of my money back and yet have I seen any refund in my account so I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

This website is a scam never received my order it’s been a month not even a tracking number. Do not order from this website

I ordered Klipsch cinema 400, after three weeks, I recieved a black piece of cloth, neck cover, after contacting customer service was told they were so sorry and shipping me my sound bar, after another three weeks tracking showed item had been returned to the sender them, after contacting customer service again asking for refund, was informed they only wanted to give 75 % as to cover there shipping and labor cost, after going back and forth explaining this is not acceptable, no refund was given, This company is a complete scam and needs to be shut down. Do not order from this company

2 weeks to get the product, but perfect and with nice prices. I never had problems with them and bought twice from their store.

I bought from Mr Snuff twice- First time-great. Second- never received my order. No joke. Said it was fulfilled. Kept receipt page- Never updated with tracking, No email, no text. Looked up tracking number-Non-existant in tracking company. I wrote their customer service, and was told to contact them back in 30 days. 30 days and I've written the a half dozen times... NOTHING. Going through my credit card com,pany now to get $ back. This has never happened to me before. Be VERY wary of any company that can do anything like this. I can't even believe it. This is NO joke and I have nothing against them.

It took about 6 weeks to arrive but I feel that was customs being slow..

Never received my order almost a month later I'm going to contact my bank and get my money refunded. Also dont bother to email them nobody responds. And no passwords reset email either

Ordered February 25th
Now May 30th

Still no sign of the product, contacted customer service and they said still in the "shipped".
