I had a great experience with customer service over the weekend. I accidentally purchased the same set of patterns twice. Once I emailed them it take about 10 minutes for them ti issues a refund.
I also live my month subscription boxes!!!

Great customer service! I had a monthly quilt box arrive with everything missing from the box except the instruction book. I reached out to customer service and they sent out another box the next day!!

Don't waste your hard earn money. They don't ship out your supplies and then they tell you they don't have an account for you so you can't look up your order. So now where is my order nobody knows and they stole my money

I joined Mrs Quilty Pattern program
I joined Mrs Quilty Pattern program and had not received them. I figured it would start in May. I received an email from Mrs Quilty stating my patterns had not been open and maybe i should check my spam folder. they were not there. Mrs Quilty included a download and everything was there. i was having trouble getting to them because I believed i had to download an app to save them which was costing a monthly fee. I emailed the team and asked for help. they were quick to respond that I dont not need the app and explained what i needed to do.

I love not only the box every month and the quality of the fabric, but when I recently had an issue with the mailing of my box they fixed it within 24 hours!
