I just want to say a huge thank you to
whoever picked and packed my order you are a legend! I bought multiple assorted items and each one was different, which made me incredibly happy.

Even better, my order was shipped in a sturdy box. That might sound small, but it means a lot when other big retail stores have been sending my precious collectibles in bags, and they've
arrived damaged.

Mr Toys Toyworld really got it right.

Purchased 2 bikes online, both said to be in stock and available for delivery one turned up and two weeks later I was still waiting for the second I contacted customer service and was told it hadn't shipped because they needed authority to leave it if no one was home, don't know how this is possible considering they left the first bike and would you not contact the customer if there was an issue. They since gave me fake tracking which shows it's in transit but if you go to the courier website the tracking info doesn't exist.
Now I've asked for a refund and no getting a response.

I order some Masters of the Universe toys from their site for delivery and they showed up a few days later in perfect condition. Great for any collector, just wish they'd get more of the MOTU origins range in but I'm hopeful for the future releases.

Always friendly and very, very patient with all of their customers young and old. My daughter absolutely loves going to my local one just to chat with the team there who show her all the new cool toys. Also shopped online for an item unavailable in my nearest store and the package arrived super duper fast. Thank you!

Just wanted to share how wonderful Kat from Rockhampton Toyworld was this morning in helping me find some outdoor play equipment for my grandchildren for Easter. She went out of her way to suggest items and guide me to the website for a clearer picture of available items. She even located items for me that were in Mackay and promised to source them for me within 2 weeks. Kat's positive attitude and helpfullness was indeed impressive particularly in our current climate. Kat is indeed an asset to your COMPANY!!!!
