Went out of their way to make sure I received trainers on time for holiday, constant updates and checking in with me to make sure I had got them - couldn't recommended enough, will be using again!

i made a purchase and received confirmation of the transaction, i was supposed to receive the order in portugal in 3 days. after a week i didnt receive my order and no word from them, started to call them, sending messages in all their platforms...and nothing, didnt answer, no reply nothing, not even a word. after two weeks in a half i sent an email saying that i was going to report them to the authorities and they replied with a refund, saying that the product was out of stock. i mean, being out of stock is one thing i see no problem with that, it happens, but not giving an explanation to the customers, not answering calls etc..thats wrong, thats terrible business for an online business that ships products abroad. wont buy with them anymore.

Paid £800 for trainers that weren't even in stock. Had to chase for updates and then a refund. Poor service

Order was never sent, no contact was made it took harassing you to process my refund because you never actually had stock of the trainers but however still have them available online!
