False Status Update on the tracking - 2 people were at home when was supposed to be carried out but status says "Destinatario ausente o cerrado". Customer Service is provided via Twitter but no replies on my tweets nor on my direkt messages.

The worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with! A package was sent to me in A Coruña through this f****d MRW from Madrid since 9th of December, today is 21 of December and the package is not yet delivered! The tracking information says "its on the way to be delivered since 2 days ago! I have been calling all the known telephone numbers of MRW in Spain for enquiry, but none of the numbers are going through!
This is really appalling! The documents in the package is urgently needed here, which is the reason for sending it through this f*k*d delivery company. I wish it has been sent through post office, it would have been delivered by now.
I swear never to have anything to do with this delivery company again

If I could give zero stars I would. They have repeatedly contacted the sender and told them that I am not home, when in fact I am at home awaiting the package during the time advised. Unprofessional and incompetent -do not use this service.

Not even 1 star. The company are liars. Several times they claim to have tried to deliver when, it total BS!. I advise any company not to contract this delivery service because ultimately it reflects badly on your company.
Bad service
Bad service. No email address at local office, no redelivery option. Very out of date courier service and overall misleading information and unhelpful staff.
Terrible Service.
Over three weeks to deliver a parcel from Germany to northern Spain, and still not here. Appointment made but still not delivered. Why do carriers like this still exist? Appalling service and extremely difficult to contact.
Absolutely unprofessional
Absolutely unprofessional, to deliver a package I have already paid for they demand another payment, for wich they only accept cash (??) and they don’t even bring any change! Since they refused to offer any solution I had to end up paying even more money to round it up. It’s shameful that important packages like ones arriving from the embassy use this kind of company that still lives in the stone era. Never again.

4 times so far they tell me they've tried to deliver but apparently we're not in, which is strange as I'm sure I've been sat right here waiting for them each time.

WHAT AN ASBSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY.
Post.nl Netherlands must stop using MRW.ES to deliver packages in Spain. MRW Espana does not even attempt to deliver packages from Netherlands.
The package is not delivered on time, the status of the progress is completely incorrect and not linked with reality.
Finally they state nobody was at home when the parcel was attempted to be delivered?! However my family ALWAYS has someone at the delivery address.
MRW Espana lied about the delivery status - it is clear they did not even attempt to deliver the package. They simply return the item and waste everyone's time and money and cause additional suffering for anyone trying to send parcels to Spain.
I only choose MRW
I am shocked to see all the bad reviews for MRW. The MRW in La Villa Joiosa is 10/10!

Speechless in a bad way
I could have written a book regarding my experiences with the 2 times I have had to do with MRW.
The first time I ordered products to a friend couple as I was abroad. After a while I checked the status and it said delivered. I asked my friends and they had not received anything. MRW sent me a proof of delivery with the signature and ID-number of the recipient. According to that it was the male in the couple who received it. The thing is that the ID-number was wrong and my friend was in Sweden the actual day they said they delivered.
Second time are in progress and full of lies. I was home all day yesterday just for the delivery. The bell works, my phone works, the garden door was not locked, the blinds on the windows were open and after checking the status in the afternoon it said they tried to deliver but nobody was home. They now want me to drive 1½ hour to pick up the package in their office as they do not try to deliver more than 2 times (the first time they tried I was not at home. But according to their rates on Trustpilot I wonder how they can even continue?

Absolutely the worst delivery company!
Absolutely the worst delivery company I've ever tried! At first, I thought it was just the one time I was unlucky, but after a few times, it is clearly a pattern of their poor delivery and customer service.
Impatient and no willingness to help. They said I wasn't home after I had opened the courier into the property via the door phone. He went to the wrong door, called me and left when I explained where to go on text (as I am deaf and can't answer the phone).
I called customer service and got a new delivery, but it just went wrong TWICE! And customer service refuses to let the courier text me when he is at the door because it is against their policy (DHL, UPS and other couriers are willing to do this).
On top of that, MRW claims to have solidarity with disabled people in their CSR on their website! Nonsense, they can not even figure out how to deliver packages to these people!

Incompetent couriers, terrible customer service never responding. We don't know where the package is, no response for days, and non of the channels for customer service is responding to anything.
Hopeless courier company
Hopeless courier company. We get parcels delivered regularly and every other company (CTT, DHL, UPS etc) have no issues finding us. MRW drivers are lazy and often don’t even bother delivering. And if they do they leave it at a local petrol station and tell you to pick it up. We ask any company we order from not to use MRW

I just received an online order, within 24hours!!
My opinion of my past experiences of MRW matches perfectly most reviews here, that is why I am so amazed, at this recent order delivery.
I see, from the packaging, that this order was delivered by "DELNEXT"/ MRW, I think the "DELNEXT" contribution can be most sincerely thanked, for the absolutely perfect way everything was handled.
