Never received my item. Total waste of money

I ordered the grooming brush over 3 months ago and I never received it.
Looking at the other reviews, i DO NOT recommend this website, as it seems there is only a 50% chance of actually receiving the item you bought.
I’ve written to customer service 2 times, and written to them on their instagram, without any response at all. VERY unprofessional.
I also double checked my bank account, and the money is withdrawn.
So 37 dollars out the window…

This is the best product ever for my dogs! The customer service is also very helpful! So happy of my purchase.

I never received my item!

I never received my item?! I contacted customer service who refused to help. Tried contacting them several times and all they said is my item had been delivered and that’s it. No information or picture as to where it was delivered too. So lost money on the grooming item. Very disappointed and they refused a refund as they said the item was delivered!

My Dogs love the Groomify

My Friends recommended the Groomify and I ordered 2 for my german sheppard and my french bulldog they absolutely love it and its even the same like on the video soo much fur its unbelievable

Drop shipping site

Drop shipping site, false advertising. The brush is okay and I mean okay my £5 one from pound shop does Better. The website is very misleading and took 3 weeks for the product to turn up. Go to Ali express and save yourself a fortune
