It's hard to put into words the level of gratitude I have for Lucy Neild (Solicitor) and Jane Sampson (Counsel) at MSB. My children and I have gone through the hardest time of our lives and they supported us through a very difficult legal process while giving reassurance and handling it with sensitivity, clarity and determination. They always took the time to ensure I understood my options, explained processes clearly and made me feel supported in every decision. I am truly grateful for everything they've done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others who need both strong legal advice and representation and genuine care. Thank you also to Abigail Eves and Mollie Hart for their support in court alongside Jane.

Could not be more impressed with MSB, efficient, effective and made the entire process straightforward. Would definitely use them again!

Very helpfull and arranged everything I asked for, very understanding

I did have to re submit information a few times, as was passed to different contacts on conveyancing matters. I felt I did have to chase on a few occasions for an update. It was a long time since I have needed conveyancing service, and I felt a bit more explanation and guidance through what would happen would have been helpful. It seems the service differs office by office as I have used MSB Widnes and they communicated really well.

In my opinion MSB Solicitors handled the sale of my property efficiently and in a professional manner. I was very happy wth them.

Very poor only 1 solicitor at the courts I didn't get to meet the solicitor till 2.30 PM and that was her running around the courts in an out as quickly she could u had to phone the office 3 times asking where my solicitor is and can u send her to me I arrived at the courts 8.45 am an I didn't speak to the solicitor till 3.25 PM also she didn't even speak about my case I would off been better representing my self that day I'm sorry if don't like my feedback well I'm only telling the truth. Would give zero stars if I could. The worst experience buying a house with them as the sellers solicitors. Staggering levels of incompetence. Please do not use these solicitors when purchasing a house if you want to preserve your sanity.

Absolutely useless, even mortgage advisor has black listed them......

David was extremely informative and extremely professional. He dealt with my case excellently. I would recommend him 100%

Robert was very professional, informative, gave great advice and was very patient. Excellent service. Great communication.

MSB assisted me with buying a flat, which ended up being a little complex as it involved a Deed of Variation with three sets of solicitors involved. Eve Gallagher was very helpful at helping me negotiate through the process and answering multiple phone queries but, overall, I felt it was a little slow as we only just squeaked under the deadline hence four stars rather than five.

Dan was fantastic with me from start to finish put me at ease from the beginning very professional and always on hand if I needed anything done can't thank him enough.

My solicitor, Lucy, has been amazing? She is kind, supportive and really takes the time to listen. She explains everything clearly and has made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I’m really grateful for her help and would highly recommend her.

Slow to grasp the situation and I didn’t feel the service was great.

Absolutely useless. Have to constantly nag them to do things. All kinds of delays caused by their incompetence and many things I don't think they would have done at all without me prompting them.

Mr. Robert Lee explained every detail about the power of attorney and making a will.
Excellent and efficient professional service !

Quite rocky comms during some pivotal points during the process but definitely stepped up towards the end of the transaction.
