very unprofessional

very unprofessional, no response on email. contacted Msc for book the delivery but no reply. and when called them said no dates are available on free storage time. Asking for storage and demurrage.

can't deliver container on time…

very bad experience and service container arrived on the port since December 10 2024 still there very unprofessional staff know nothing just laying to customers if can't deliver better tell in origin we can accept loads. if importer late one day late then they need damareg. working as side business .very disappointed this time

It’s okay But..

I am very pleased with the staff who work in the buffet, these guys are just heroes, and also cabin stewards. They all work very hard, I bow low to you guys. I would especially like to highlight our personal cabin steward of the floor JANAKIRAMAN, he always met us and saw us off with a smile and the room was always in excellent condition, thank him very much for his hard work.
The only thing i didn't like is that you have very expensive internet on the cruise, $35 a day, of course, sorry guys, but it's just a rip-off. Okay, people who work and can afford to pay, but there were a lot of elderly people on the cruise who probably couldn't afford such a luxury as Wi-Fi for such a sum, you know perfectly well that in the ocean and in the Bahamas there will be no mobile communication and no mobile internet, and so this is your chance to take advantage of the hopelessness of people on board. I really didn't like it, and so I'm more than sure that I'm not the only one.

This company is by far the worst…

This company is by far the worst shipping company ever..... always delayed and simply don't care about its customers....

Please safe yourself the hassell and don't ship with this company... absolutely terrible service!

Avoid using their shipping service

Avoid using their shipping service
My container was delayed for 2 months and ETA just keep pushing forward. The container was dropped off in France while its final destination should be the UK. Apparently the company is trying to maximize their efficiency and profit so they don't bother delivering it but just leaving it around waiting for the right vessel. Meanwhile, I am dealing with all the complaints and refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Most Garbage Shipping Company

More than 5 months and my container still stacked on Mexico since July to November 2024
This is the most Garbage shipping company

Not once but multipal times

I’ve had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences with MSC. From delayed responses to unfulfilled promises, it felt like MSC has no regard for customer support or satisfaction. Our container was delayed, and despite their repeated assurances, the promised refund for demurrage charges was not processed. Each time we reached out, MSC’s responses were evasive, and they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than providing a solution.

The lack of transparency and accountability in handling my case was shocking. MSC appeared unwilling to offer any real assistance or consideration, despite the issues being out of our control. Their “take it or leave it” attitude shows a disregard for client relationships, and unfortunately, we’ve lost confidence in MSC’s reliability as a shipping partner. I would recommend seeking an alternative if consistent service and respect for commitments are important to you.

worst experience

This was the worst trip I have ever experienced, and I am extremely dissatisfied with MSC's service. On the first night in my cabin where I was staying alone, I got bug bites. The bites were intensely itchy, waking me up every night, and I couldn't stop scratching. The bites became red and inflamed. The reception did not admit it is bug bites even though the medical center has confirmed so. They refused to change cabin due to “no evidence there is bug”. Then I got 2nd bug bite which all over my arms, belly, and back. They finally agreed to a cabin change after long negotiations, promising to cover my medical expenses. However, on the last day of the cruise, I found they had still charged me for medical treatment and again, and denied any evidence of bug bites.

The staff I talked with is José David Acosta, he is not helpful at all, always asking me is I ate wrong food after I have confirmed many times about doctors diagnose on bug bite. He also asked me to stay calm even though my body is all over bites while not helping out at all.

The customer experience is the worst ever and I would not recommended anyone of MSC.

Container getting Caribbean tour

They really don’t care about customers. Estimate of 3-6 weeks delivery now at 3 months and the container is just sailing through the Caribbean where it started from. No bueno

I should have read reviews before…

I should have read reviews before booking with them. While other shipping line take anywhere between 39 to 49 days, MSC keeps changing tracking and sending my container for a ride. Latest update I will have my container 75 days after it left original port. MSC is non responsive to inquiries. And while other shipping line will request payment a few days before arrival, MSC was putting pressure for payment a few weeks after shipment left origin port. First and last time using them.

This company should cease to exist .
It’s the most horrible company I have to deal with.
We have lots of containers coming to Guyana from the US ,-China and the Caribbean and we have started to inform our suppliers not to use horrible MSC

MSC SUCKS

MSC does not care about customers only money. They continually use bad business practices, showing up to ports with booked containers, FULL so we get left behind. They have zero accountability for their actions

Nothing is on time and now they have no idea where my container is.
Update 30/7/24: WHY IS MY CONTAINER STUCK IN ABU DHABI PORT FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!! just because you want to be cheap and not come to Jebel Ali. Maybe sometime this year you could start the engines and come to Jebal Ali so i can get my goods off the boat. If i cant get my goods to my warehouse by 03/07/24 i will have no choice but to start legal proceedings.

Minus 100 - this company should not be existing

If there was minus, I would have given minus 100. I have experienced multiple import and export shipments through MSC over various years in multiple organizations. MSC messed up every single time. They take containers for a stroll around the world and take no responsibility in delivering the shipments on time. This shipping line & company should NOT be existing.

My container left Ningbo China on the…

My container left Ningbo China on the 20/12/2023 and now on the 14/2/2024 it still has not reached Durban harbour. I looks like it will take about 62 days to get to destination which has a quoted sailing time of 31 days.
I will never use MSC in my life again
