A Very Helpful Firm.
Although I thought i had found the correct item on the firm's website, I was able to phone and get confirmation that it was the correct grade of product for my requirement. Although this was a small purchase, the use of a wrong product could have serious consequences.

Didn't save my Quote
The sales them did not save my Quote so when I rang back with our ERIO number we had to go through the order again, and then I had to wait till they checked with DPD that all the items could by sent which took another 5 minutes or so. All the items arrived the next day but one of the sharpening stones was broken because they were loose in a bag with other bits.
