Shoddy delivery company
The only thing that went wrong was the delivery.
Delivery was due to be late on Wednesday between 17:30 and 18:30.
DPD delivery Driver pretended to miss us when we waited behind at work for the delivery.
He definitely did NOT try to deliver as I was waiting by the door.
The next day the parcel was delivered but it was put in an obscure place in a shelter at the back of the property. This meant that I thought he had delivered it to someone else as he didn't say where he had left it. I have had a machine waiting for the 6mm Carbide Endmills for a couple of hours that could have easily been avoided.

Pretty hopeless since the website was updated a few years ago
Web site not easy to use, items said to be available for delivery in 7 days direct from supplier subsequently manually acknowledged with a much later date, system continually says addresses and post codes are formatted wrong.

Consistently the worst website in the industry.
I’m not the first person in the reviews to flag up how bad the experience of using their site is.
Searching for products is purgatory, with items they evidently do sell sometimes simply not appearing in search results, as well as incorrect prices displayed, incorrect descriptions and incorrect specs.
Customer service is generally proactive, but the IT of their site is so appalling that it’s no co-incidence my needs have nearly always been met by alternative suppliers.
