Had exactly what I needed but I don't like the online ordering only choice.
Had exactly what I needed but...I liked the way it used to be where I could go to MSC and talk to someone at the counter and discuss what I need rather than being forced into buying it on line and just driving there to MSC to pick it up.

When they screwed up tooling in our vending machine, it took multiple follow-ups to resolve the issue. They reorganized the vending categories without a heads up. Incredibly underinvested site missing all the low-hanging fruit for search. Hefty/slow site does a full reload on EVERY filter change and they can't seem to figure out "between X and Y" searching.

Fast shipment and great products, BUT. But, we only order from MSC when we "absolutely" have to. The lack of packing slips (proper packing slips) causes problems in our receiving and AP departments. It takes "way" too many man hours to keep things straight. We don't have this problem with any other supplier.
