This charity has great things planned for the future, intending to give leading opportunities for such a wide range of different professions, and it’s so cool to watch them in this process as they take more and more steps to achieve this. Great charity, great leadership, great team 👍

My experience with MSFDN has not been a good one. I will not be going back.

My experience with MSFDN as a Kickstarter was, to my utmost surprise,enriching. This charity doesn't only provide support for their members, but also for their staff. And I am grateful for that, they have seen a potential in me that I never imagined I had before. MSFDN is what replaces the traditional school/work system with a an open minded system that fits every body.

MSFDN has helped me with gaining more opportunites in my professional and creative life. They definitely have helped many young people with their experiences including mine, with expanding my skills and adding new ones. They have made me much more comfortable and confident when talking to people, whether that be in a formal or informal setting. Everyone has been very supportive and I definitely recommend.

My experience with MSFDN has been one of fun and unique experiences that i honestly dont think i will get anywhere else. My co-workers where all great people and our variety of tasks were fun, something which i deem unique to MSFDN

Msfdn had really been beneficial for me and the experience working as a member has been amazing. It has helped me boost my confidence and express myself in a platform where there are no judgements. I suffer from mental health personally and it has really brought out a side to me I never have experienced where i feel proud of who I am and how I am, everyone is perfect on their own way. I have met really unique people who have really supported me on my journey to success, there are all so many positive tasks and activities set to complete amongst members that impacted so well on my mental health and wellbeing! Can not thank MSFDN enough for all the support they have given me! Highly recommend!!!

MSFDN was everything I needed that I didn't know. After being stuck in a mental and a physical ditch, I didn't really know where to go or what to do with myself. From being with MSFDN, I've been able to get involved in multiple activities that have benefitted me in more places than one such as my mental health and career prosperity. It has also helped me be able to connect with new people I haven't met before in such a short space of time, as for me this is not something I'm used to. I've felt nothing but comfortable alongside MSFDN, and I wouldn't have changed a thing.

The welcoming yet very hands on approach to work truly makes MSFDN a unique way for any young person out there struggling with mental wellbeing or wishing to showcase their brilliance the centre of their attention. They have helped me and other like myself reach out to the world and not only learn from one another, but grow as people.

A lovely and positive experience all around, would recommend!

My experience at MSFDN has been amazing. First of all, they really gave me many opportunities to help to me develop my skills in different tasks and areas. These are skills I never forget. Also, working with other great people was a huge bonus for me as I got to produce work with them which we were all very proud of. Lastly, they are very supportive and they really valued me and my mental health.

They helped me with improving my employability skills and also my mental health. I was introduced to many young people who have a similar mindset and this affected me positively. I was able to concentrate on my tasks due to the support I received from staff. Overall positive experience.

I have enjoyed my time being a member of The Michael Streete Foundation. I have learnt so much and my confidence has risen so much ! They are a charity that care about peoples future and do anything to help there members and supporters. This is one of the best experiences I have had and I have enjoyed every minute of being a member!

Working for MSFDN has been a great experience and has enabled me to progress professionally and as a person. During my time here, I have taken on a wide range of tasks including design, research and collaborative tasks that have tested my abilities and communication skills. I have been able to improve through these challenges and become a more efficient worker. When I have struggled here, there has always been someone to help me, whether that be another team member or team leader. Kereen as a leader has been exceptional as well; after working various different jobs in the past I can easily say she has been my best boss due to her ability to understand you and the task at hand. Even when I have felt lost in a task, Kereen doesn't get angry, she supports you and brings you back down to earth. Finally, working amongst a great group of people has been a massive highlight of working here. I've had the pleasure of working in a few different teams and they have all been fantastic.

My experience with MSFDN has given me a “safe place” to express myself to my peers without judgement and have a well combined community that support each other! I definitely feel at home and free to be myself

This charity is unique to any other charity! Their hands on training really helped me to develop my skills! Being supported in this way really helped and benefited my mental health and well-being. I also got to meet new like-minded people and it has been a 10/10 experience! Thank you MSFDN

MSFDN is a great company, I really enjoyed working with all the teams. Leadership team are very supportive and understanding. I was able to gain so much from them and better myself as a person not only personally but professionally and mentally. I have become much more confidence. I thank and appreciate MSFDN so much for the experience.

I enjoyed my time working at Michael Streete Foundation and learning to develop myself. They have a unique hands-on approach to training and skill development that makes sure you get a chance to develop a new skill, or improve on current ones. As someone that was unsure with my skill set, it was nice to have my knowledge with photoshop being used beneficially.
They provide a lot of support by doing activities that are involved in benefitting mental wellness, and being able to work alongside like minded people was a very strong positive

MSFDN is a fantastic organisation that really brings young people of all backgrounds together. While being a member, I have really been able to work on skills that both develop me personally and professionally. I really recommended them for the good work they do and I hope they become a resource available for all young people to benefit from.

MSFDN have been so helpful when it comes to developing new skills and gaining experience. They have helped me gain all the experience I need getting in to the career I desire.
They have always been there to answer any questions that I might have and are always helpful with everything. I have enjoyed being involved in activities and being involved in the positive impact of mental health has been a big achievement.
I have also met some amazing people that are also going through the same exact thing I am so we have all connected with each other.
Being part of MSFDN has been one of the best decisions I have made and I do not regret it one bit. If anyone was having trouble getting into their desired career then MSFDN will be a big help.

MSFDN has helped me gain new experience and given me the opportunity to work with a great team that supports each other.
MSFDN were very supportive when I was ill and checked on me and were very gentle with me. I never felt stressed or pressured while working with MSFDN. I would 100% recommend them to all young people.

Working here is the best experience I had here getting to learn new things to add to my CV and good workers there too
