Ordered a product (Amazon Echo Show 15) on the 16th of September 2024, and it's now Saturday, the 12th of October 2024. I still haven't received a tracking number or any delivery updates. I understand there are current shortages of this product and have been told that it should arrive or that I should have a tracking number by now on multiple occasions. I've also been told that it's in the UK warehouse. The delivery was supposed to be next day, but I still haven't received any information about when it will be delivered to me. I will never order from this company again, as this experience has been nothing but unreliable and frustrating.

paid for an item i couldnt get elsewhere was in stock 2 it said and week went by nothing then after 7 days completed it said no item kept calling using live chat all sorts of excuses still no item after 2 weeks then on 15 day given tracking was delivered to wrong address or its a scam more excuses for days in the end demanded refund more delays but did in the end get it don't buy from worse company out there and don't answer calls or call you back.

We ordered £429 pair of sunglasses and they have sent us the wrong pair. The order clearly states what we ordered and we open the box and it's different. They are ignoring all our contact requests we have tried: emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, facebook, chatbot and no response. All we want is a refund so we can buy the right pair of sunglasses.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WON'T SEND YOU THE RIGHT THING AND THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. We now have a case open with the ombudsmen to try and resolve the issues
