Fantastic physio and personal training - fixed my back & knees

If you are on the fence about reaching out to this team, this is your sign to do it. Working with my PT, Ricky, and the physio team has been a game-changer for my health. They helped me address long-standing back, knee, and shoulder issues that I thought I was stuck with forever.

As I move into my late 30s, I wanted to get fit and safely pick up sports like tennis and padel. The team has been super.

They diagnosed the root causes of my pain and built a program that made me stronger, more mobile, and comfortable in my own body.

Their hybrid approach of physio and personal training is exactly what anyone needs to future-proof their physical health.

Emma was fantastic

Emma was fantastic! I came to the clinic after dislocating my shoulder. Emma has given me exercises to strengthen it and I haven’t dislocated it since.
Clinic was very clean and all staff was very professional and friendly. Great location for South East London residents.
Highly recommend!
