I bought a MS Office Professional Plus 2019 licence in August 2020, but still didn't use it until now. Microsoft can't activate it and I can't return it to MS Key Shop seller because is out of service.
I purchased an office key and it has been activated successfully. Keys seem to be cheaper on this website, and I am glad it turned out OK.
I ordered the key, paid by credit card and received a key. However, the key does not activate, neither by phone nor online. I tried 5 times and made sure I entered everything correctly. I then contacted the seller multiple times, but was simply ignored. Don't fall for this scam like I did!!!

phone number is voicmail and als a mobile number??? when we put the email in to cotact them it said the email didnt exist total con do not touch.....

It could be harder if you're not 100% comfortable with downloads / installations / product keys etc.
Things to consider:
- ensure email address is correct
- copy the key
- copy the link
- save your installer file and above details.
- do you need to uninstall an existing version of Microsoft 365 or Office first? (recommended)
