Website is good and delivery was prompt but not especially fast. The mug itself is visually as expected . My only criticism is that the China is thicker than I would have wanted, so it’s slightly chunky-feeling, rather than fine china.

The mug that I ordered was faulty so I telephoned Mclaggan. They couldn't have been more helpful and sent me a replacement straight away, as this mug was going to be a gift. Thank you very much for your wonderful service!

I am very pleased with my mugs from Mclaggan and with the customer service from Maisie when they were very slow arriving. I did not realize that I had to pay extra to have my parcel tracked, which may be my own fault for not seeing that when I ordered the mugs.

Maisie was helpful, honest and prompt with her response to my questions about why my mugs hadn't arrived. I live in Ontario Canada and ordered the mugs on August 24. They arrived on September 14, which is more time than I had anticipated, but acceptable during the pandemic.

The mugs were well packaged with packaging tape the said Fragile on it. The mugs arrived in excellent condition. I have always been a big fan of Quentin Blake's illustrations and the birds and animals on my mugs make me smile every time I look at them. They also keep my tea very hot!

Wonderful online shop! My order was tracked on Royal Mail and came very quickly in perfect condition – design beautifully printed on the mug – with a very sturdy box. Will definitely be buying my next mug from here too :-)

The customer service was amazing! They made a slight error printing my mug (which wasn't even that noticeable) and instead of throwing it away, they just sent it to me along with the corrected one. I'm a very happy customer.

The mug arrived well protected and very quickly. Unfortunately the wrong design had been sent but they were very prompt in arranging for a replacement to be sent out. We have a number of Mclaggan mugs, they aren't too chunky and the designs are excellent. This was the first one that I had directly ordered and I'm certain I'll be ordering more.
