Got my version of office set up for a great price. I needed to contact just to double check the process and Steve was really helpful. Will definitely use again.

Excellent customer service. Even though the company supplied comprehensive instructions via email, I had a problem with the install of the purchased software (my mistake) and so contacted their online customer support. They were superb at resolving the issues.

I had trouble installing the purchased MS Visio 2021 programme. There was a conflict with a newer MS 2024 already installed. I received good support/advice from Steven & managed to get the problem sorted. Thanks.

I was having difficulty loading Office 2016 Pro.Plus after having RAM issues with my old PC, running Win.7.
A guy at MSS support (Steve) was extremely helpful, polite and patient, with prompt responses to all of my emails, in and out of regular office hours. He gave great and informative advice, resulting finally in the successful installation of the software and I am very grateful to him.

I had a query about the compatibility of the download and emailed the support team. The email was answered in a matter of minutes resolving the issue. First class service.

Good advice on possible problem. Would be useful to put on receipt to check Junk Email for instructions.

Initially verification code didn't
work
However after contacting them , they very quickly sorted the problem out .
This was done late at night so I was impressed by that.

Instructions were a mix of previous cut and paste and included a wrong link.
Nowhere up front did it say about removing existing software, numerous emails from ??? clearly was getting frustrated with me.
Had a calmer email from Steve the following day but bridges had been burnt.
Found another site who were clearer and more helpful for idiots like me.
Got refund quickly hence 2 stars

The instructions were not easy to follow but the support was excellent and every question was answered almost instantly. Very impressed.
