MTailor has been such a great experience. I have never been able to buy shirts off the rack. My arms are shorter than normal and my neck is larger than normal. Makes for an aggravating life having to get most of my shifts altered. Expensive also. MTailor clothes are worth every penny. It’s truly a great thing to have clothes that fit properly. And their service is terrific. They will make sure you are happy..

Everything turned out very good. Materials and craftsmanship were of good quality. I'm very happy with the end result.

I’ve used MTailor in the past for long sleeve dress shirts and was always very satisfied. Great quality and superb fit. So I figured I would try a T-shirt. Same great experience. Quick shipping. Personalized communication. And the new t-shirt fits perfectly and looks amazing….if I say so myself!

Truly an amazing process, I am 4 feet 10 inches tall and I have had challenges my entire life to find clothes that fit. The fit was fine for both shirts and pants, and the time from ordering until delivery was reasonable. However the fabrics MTailor uses are completely sub-standard for the price. The jeans material is paper-thin, the khakis are very thin 100% polyester (whoever heard of khakis made of 100% polyester???), and casual shirts (polos & tees) are a paper thin blend. The dress shirts are marginally ok for summertime use but again use a quite thin material. Not even close to what I expected for the price. I definitely won't order again - brands such as Dockers use far superior quality materials at a much lower price.

This company is so cool. They took my measurements from my phone using their platform. I received my khaki slacks a few weeks later as they are custom made. I’ve never had pants that fit so well. I’m not going to say they were the the least expensive but it’s a quality product that fits well!!

Love MTailor1 Highly recommend them I ordered a pair of Jeans and believe I took the initial photo from an incorrect perspective. Had placed the phone on the wall against facing upward and the jeans did not fit properly. Requested a remake and submitted new photo. The remake service was prompt, and I am fully satisfied with the product.

It was easy to provide measurements. The shirt that they made was great quality and fit me perfectly. I have wide shoulders and off the rack shirts just don't fit. I will purchase from MTailor again.

If you’ve not ordered from M Tailor don’t have any hesitation. First pair we ordered did not fit. They made it right on the second order one of the best customer service oriented companies you can deal with in my opinion.

Simply the most amazing company. I am, sadly, both short and heavy and trying to buy flattering clothes is beyond frustrating. To have found MTailor where they not only have great options but create the clothes for you is a game changer. I’ve ordered shirts, a blazer, chinos and shorts. On the rare occasion that the first fit was not perfect, they remade them without issue and the following garments arrived exactly as I’d hoped. They are communicative, helpful and thorough. Additionally, their pricing is in line with off the rack garments and not at all what you would think for bespoke custom work. My only regret is not having had them around for the past 40 years!

This was my 2nd experience with MTailor. The first shirt had some very minor issues. Close enough that I ordered a 2nd shirt with a couple of comments. I'm hard to fit with a torso between 1XL and 2XL . "Off the shelf" shirts (even Nordstrom) just don't look right. Either a bit too tight or sloppy. I was skeptical at first with their digital scan but it seems to have solved my issues with fit.
The shirts themselves are very high quality. I appreciated the included extra metal collar stays. I am very satisfied and highly recommend their "bespoke" shirts.

Great customer service and a quality pair of great fitting jeans! I can rarely find a pair of pants that fit me without extensive tailoring. I often spend $75-$100 on tailoring costs to get a decent fit. Add that on to a pair of $100 pants and things get expensive quickly. I saw an ad for MTailor and decided to give it a shot. Their digital tailoring came close to a good fit on the first attempt, but the pants needed some alterations. I was emailed directly by the tailor making my pants and after a couple additional photos, he was able to recommend and make the adjustments at no cost to me. The second pair arrived and they fit great. knowing that these measurements are saved in my account, buying my next pair of pants should be quick and easy.

For a person whose body shape is outside the norm it is great to find clothes that fit. First shot the pants were to small but they sent a new pair that are fine. I bought a suit and got numerous compliments when I wore it to a wedding recently

I was skeptical but the measurement process was easy. My first order did not fit, I let them know and they put in an adjustment which came out great. They did not even ask me to send back the original garment!

Since then, I have placed a number of other orders and all have fitted me perfectly.

Their motto is "why wear another person's clothes?" and it stands true. These fit me just the way they should. The prices are higher but there are customization features like adding monograms and cell phone pockets.

Great customer service and product 100%! If there is a problem they are right on it and fast.
If you are in doubt, forget about it. Place your order and be happy. I am a big guy, first comfortable suite I have had in a while.
