I would go into detail but it's easier if you just know the important part... YOU Have to do all the chasing for updates...
11months in and still chasing every month same response comes back.. They are always hopeful things get settled soon! (feels like a Macro)
no communication unless you initiate contact and no prompt responses either... wish I used a different firm.
This will come up as a organic review because I have not been invited to leave one directly. But please believe this is very much still in process.

I would not instruct this company to make me a cup of tea.

I had 2 car accidents with 2 months of each other both while I was stationary at traffic lights.

The first was straight forward, minimal injury and they claimed £2,300 within 6 weeks.

The second left significant injuries in hip, effecting how I walk and my ability to work, this lead to depression and after 2 years of doctors appointments, physio therapy, scans and missed work they valued my claim at £2,300…

On reflection they did not do anything I could not have done myself.

They are useless!! Steer clear!!

I started a claim with them in 2017, meanwhile all the files I sent went lost , it took them 4 years to tell me that some report from my occupational health department wasn't accurate so we could not win the case ....nothing else to add

I had a car accident at the end of 2019 that wasn’t my fault & the other drivers insurance company tried as hard as they could to make it difficult for me. I then got hold of MTA Solicitors & they honestly couldn’t have been more helpful! I had Marco dealing with my case & he was so professional, friendly & explained every detail about what we needed to do really well. I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else if this happened again, they made a very difficult time a lot easier due to their help & commitment to the case. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
