Numerous occasions they have not been able to fulfill my request that are not loans. And they are so nonchalant about it. Except when I did get an apology there was no accountability their blamed the nhs. It doesn’t warrant a complaint but they are so frequent maybe next I’ll have a look into the prudential regulations authority or the fca to see if they have ever reviewed their staff at the credit union. Just ridiculous, it doesn’t feel like your money belongs to you unfortunately.
