Unprompted review
It could all be so simple
It makes no sense to give a code that I can't use directly in game. I thought I would receive the code give it to my friend and he be able to input the code in game. Instead he had to create an account on your site then retrieve another code that he could then put in the game. It could be so much more simple.

If you had purchased MTG Arena codes directly, you would have shared them with your friend, and they would have redeemed them without hassle. But you elected to buy a gift card. The confusion may come from the fact that the Gift Card is also a code, and you tried to redeem it directly inside the game. The description states that the Gift Card works only on our site, as MTGA doesn't have Gift Cards. You have messaged us on our support email, and we replied with all the instructions on how to redeem the Gift Card.

No troubles. Perfect service. I got my packs for less than I would have paid on Arena. Not all deals are profitable so check the prices well.

PR Codes and Promo Packs
Ordered a few PR codes and promo packs. Each time, there was at least one code that was expired or otherwise used. A quick e-mail to Customer Service fixed the issue quickly and efficiently though.

We admit we made a mistake - one of our vendors sold us a code but provided only text. He mixed up the code type, and this mistake carried into our databases. Mistakes like this happen rarely and have happened four times this year.
However, we cannot agree that you were sold a "used" code as we have repeatedly stated that the codes are checked before they are sent to the customers. The meaning of that message you received in the MTGA client is that you have already used a code from that type. The code was indeed good, and we managed to sell it later to another customer.
