I use Mt Pelerin since 1 and half year now. I am not living in Swiss but the process on/off Ramp is pretty fast and very secure. When i had a question (and i had few) they answered always quickly (few hours max). Because i bought some token from Mt Pelerin (MPS), i can on/off ramp a certain amount of fiat/crypto for free per year. It is the perfekt application for me. If you are novice in crypto, you will probably need a little bit of time at the beginning. But once you get it, you keep it!

Awesome product, low fees

Sold nearly 2 ethereum and it was dead simple and a good price with apparently no fees. Kept me informed daily if not more often. Money in 48 hours. Wish i had used them sooner and not thought it was a good idea to get money in 30 minutes with other sites and lose a lot on trade price and fees

I used the service to ramp off (via their Bridge Wallet app) and just wanted to leave my feedback for hesitant users. There are basically a few valuable points from my experience:

1) I made my off ramp transaction on a Sunday. Now if you do so you won't receive any notification until Monday (consider the service as open from Monday to Friday). Maybe it would be helpful some form of automated reply for these circumstances ("Hello! We received your funds but we are currently out of office").

2) Over a certain threshold you will receive an email from compliance asking for more information. You should consider that this may delay your operation by 48 hours.

3) If you have any worries contact them directly by email and they will put your mind at ease 😁

4) I withdrew GBP from a jEUR balance (Polygon) to a Revolut account and surprisingly found the bank intermediary fees lower than other services I used in the past (£9.69 vs £17.00)

Overall I am very happy with this experience and recommend this platform.
