Amazing customer service!
I placed my order, then a few days later I had to message Rich on WhatsApp to make some amendments. Not only did he reply almost instantly he made the amendments, free of charge. My order was already packaged & leaving for the postal office in 15 minuets but again, Rich made the amendments without hesitation. By far the best customer service in British mycology, making me a very, very happy and returning customer :)

Good products, mediocre service and delivery
Items came nicely packaged with everything being correct.
Delivery time was fast when it finally happened, next day. I paid instantly after placing my order but it took about a week for the items to finally be fully processed and delivered. It took me multiple attempts by email and WhatsApp to get any type of answer and they mostly went unanswered for days at a time. Only way to get a straight answer is by calling their landline number. The guy was friendly and was apologetic for the delay, and pretty much doubled my order amount as an apology, I was happy enough with that. Would buy from Mucci again, but not if I'm in a hurry.
