Looks good but customer service wasn't the most timely and my order came much after the date (Mostly due to lack of proper payment method).

Hi Kye,
I have looked into this and have reviewed when you placed an order and when the funds cleared as you paid by bank transfer we always have to confirm the payment is in the bank before we process and then dispatch.
You ordered on the 6th which was Thrusday and with it being the Easter Bank Holiday weekend the royal mail would have posted and delivered today which is the 11th with two bank holiday non working days plus the weekend I would say that this is acceptable as today is the first working day from them to deliver your package via special delivery by 1pm.
We did communicate this to you via responding to your Business WhatsApp messages.
Now to clear up the statement regarding lack of payments,
We all know card processing companies and PayPal wont support us on a mainstream level until government reform happens on the benefits of spore companies like ourselves and the Psilocybin benifits and its true powers for the mental health crisis in the UK currently.
All spore vendors are in the same boat with this and we all offer which ever services we can and the most simple methods available to us currently which are;
Bitcoin
Cash in post
Bank Transfer
Localised welfare support meetings
I hope this clears the issues up that you raised in your recent review and allows other customers to read an listen to us as that's what feedback is all about open and honest communications.
