The boots are almost perfect, fits well, nice warm but there is only 1 problem. You only can use them for two years only in the winter time and then you get wet feet. And then you don’t have guarantee. Now they deliver me the fourth piece, I hope these are better. If not then it is the last time.

You changed your sizes
You changed your sizes, UK 8 is not a EU 42 anymore, but a 41, therefore too small. I had to send back two pairs, almost 30 Euros for nothing and totally evitable.

Very slow delivery time
Very slow delivery time. Hardly enough time to send a return when i needed to. One boot feels much wider around the ankle than the other. Disappointing.

Speedy delivery. Very comfortable and true to size. Brilliant for mucking out barn or walking the fields. Bought a cosy lined pair for winter and a lighter pair for summer which cover all year. At 40%discount, an excellent buy.

I made the purchase in error as a duplicate and immediately cancelled however it was put through in any case. So, I have now had to return it and pay the postage of €29 at my own expense which should be unnecessary if the cancellation was processed in a timely manner. I still await my refund. So, overall your customer service is very unsatisfactory considering I tried to cancel immediately.

These boots are made for comfortable walking and keep your feet warm even when it is freezing. And I use them for working at the stables because it is very muddy at the moment.

Jodhpur style boots
I have had 3 pairs of the jodhpur style boots and I would give them 5* for comfort. I spend most of my day in them and they are so easy to wear, and so easy to slip on and off. No gripes at all in that department. However, for waterproofing they really don't live up to the advertisement at all. Pair No1 did quite well and lasted about 9 months before I had to resort to wearing plastic bags inside my boots. Pair No2 lasted about 4/5 months before I had damp / wet patches on my socks. And, my current pair, pair No3 had damp /wet patches within 2 months, which is not great as I was hoping I would get the winter with dry feet. It seems to be where the sole of the boot and the top of the boot meet, that is the weak spot. Its very disappointing as they are such a good boot otherwise but if you are buying them (and they are not cheap) to keep your feet dry they are certainly not the best choice in my experiance. I dont think I will buy another pair, which is a shame.
