Same as everyone else here. Ordered via Amazon. Tracking info doesn’t relate to any UK courier service, goods haven’t arrived and seller hasn’t replied to messages. Frustrating, there’s a whole project on hold waiting for these items.

Parcel marked as delivered by DPD but never received. The only “proof” of delivery is a photo of a parcel and a courier’s shoe — no signature, no confirmation I was home. I wasn’t.

When I contacted the seller, they simply pointed to the DPD tracking status and refused to investigate. No follow-up, no resolution, no refund.

Currently pursuing a chargeback. Avoid.

Ordered via amazon, never received item. Amazon are now filing a claim for me i have advised amazon the reviews on this site all with the same problem no delivery and no refund STAY AWAY SHOP ELSEWHERE

Having seen the reviews on Trustpilot I didn't think I would get a response from the company. However they could not have been more prompt. So as far as I am concerned they deserve a 5 star review excellent customer service would certainly use again.

Item ordered through Amazon.
Wrong item sent, no way to contact seller via Amazon and no response from their Company email.
They're obviously not bothered about their customers.
I so wish I'd read the trustpilot reviews first.
I sent for similar products from an alternative company and they're reliable and responsive, and will get the remainder of the large order for a garden makeover.

This outfit doesn’t reply to emails. The items received were smashed and my emails with photos keep coming back as not delivered. No phone number, avoid losing your money. Some family business, if they wanted further business they would reply

Ordered some stakes which were advertised as new.
Parcel arrived a week late and when i opened the package they were ALL rusty.
Wrote to them asking them to replace but no reply.
Wrote again no reply. Spoke to E-bay under the money back guarantee and they sent me a reply paid label for a weight up to 2kilos complained to e-bay again who said they would ask the seller to send a carrier to collect, no response.
Have now had an e-mail from e-bay saying I had not returned the item in the time required so they had closed the file.What a joke.
I said I am not using e-bay again it is full of scammers.

Placed an order on Tuesday. Wednesday received an email saying my order had been cancelled at my request - it wasn’t! Emailed to ask that my order was reinstated and received no reply.

If you have a problem with your order, you're in trouble. Customer service is non-existent. They don't reply to emails and there's no phone number. 'Family-run business'... yeah right! AVOID!!

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought. The two green troughs I ordered arrived smashed up and unusable. No reply to my two emails so far. No phone number to follow up contact.

Ordered garden steaks size 1.8m 20mm thick. After 10 days I received 1.5m and 11mm thick. Have messaged and sent pictures but no response. Have returned item but still no contact and no refund. Bought on eBay so now lodged a complaint with them and PayPal. Would advise anyone not to use this company obviously have no thought or care for their customers just want to take your money and con you.

Ordered garden bin on Amazon - item never turned up. Tracking number with DPD was false hence item was untraceable. Do NOT, repeat NOT order from this outfit.

Ordered 25 60 litre plant pots through Amazon. 10 arrived REALLY BADLY PACKAGED. Label on parcel said box 1 of 2. 2nd box never arrived. Put into dispute with Amazon, the company used the photo from the 1st delivery to say “oh it was delivered today” NO IT WASNT !!
Now in dispute with my credit card company. Clearly I’m not the first yet their allowed to keep trading on Amazon 😡
Avoid this company at all costs !

Bought 3 plant troughs.
Nice quality, with reinforcements in base.
No drainage holes so I can put these where I wish.
Good price.

Bought a sieve through Amazon, informed it was dispatched after a few days, then told out for delivery...did not arrive, looked on tracking and it said contact Royal Mail and had a tracking number...no such number so a load of lies, took two days via Amazon to get a message claiming the first one was damaged so they sending a second...WHY THE HELL DO THEY GIVE A CUSTOMER TOTAL BULL S@@T...this company is a total disgrace...keep well clear they do not deserve any customers..

I ordered 5 pots directly from this company, not through Amazon as they trade on there as well.
When they arrived, 4 were fine but 1 was damaged so I emailed them immediately along with photographs to prove the damage and to request a replacement. Despite the company claiming to respond to queries within 24/48 hours, I heard nothing so emailed a second time with the same images and again received no reply. I used the messaging service on their website and asked if somebody could reply to my previous emails regarding the damaged pot. I did receive a reply this time from Sohan, who not only stated that I hadn't sent any emails, he requested the information again then didn't reply further.
I'm was lucky enough to have paid by PayPal so will be going through them for a refund for the damaged pot, I definitely wouldn't use this company again!

Bought through Amazon and after waiting for delivery over a week still no goods delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No telephone number for contact and no email reply.

Saw the storage boxes, sold by Muddy Hands, on Amazon but not in the colour I wanted. Found by ordering direct from Muddy Hands, the colour I wanted was available. Placed order, this was confirmed along with confirmation of despatch but I was not able to track the delivery date. After a week contacted them via the email address on their website. No reply. Emailed again some days later. Again, No reply. I have never received the storage boxes or received any response from Muddy Hands to my emails.
