Ben is fantastic!

I have known Ben for over ten years - he is a fantastic stylist and a lovely guy. Mudpak is such a nice salon to visit - the staff are all lovely and it has such a good location.

Ben is the best hairdresser I've had in 5 years. He provides great advice on the cut and what does or doesn't work. I've never left Mudpak and not liked my hair cut.

Charlie does a great job from haircut to blowdry services. She is attentive, meticulous, professional and friendly. Easily recommend this salon.

Get waxes here and they’ve always been super friendly, great service and a good price.

I’ve visited Mudpak a few times and the staff are always lovely - so friendly and professional. Ben styled my hair for a wedding and it looked amazing all day. Can’t recommend the salon enough, I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

Always friendly & welcoming, but most importantly, professional, this is my go-to place in the City for all things beauty related. Ben is a fantastic stylist, whilst the beauticians are excellent. All admirably kept in order by Hannah. 5 stars.

I’ve been into the salon a few times for various things - manicure, waxing etc. Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and professional. And have always loved the results. A huge thank you to Ben who did an updo for me for an event. Looked better than I could have hoped and lasted the entire night! And to the ladies who did my sister-in-law’s and my nails for an occasion made the experience.

Worst salon in London if you can every call it a salon. i had highlights done by Charlie that were completely botched and if I could include pictures it would speak for itself. Went back to get it fixed and they asked me to pay a fee and I refused after discussion I could get it for free as Ben admitted it was their fault instead of a refund which I had asked for. I had lowlights done that we’re like tiger stripes on my hair to reverse Charlie’s amazing yellow highlights that were at parts half way done my head and not lifted at all. They too were completely unblended and the black colour heeta done bled on to my fringe and on my scalp as dots. Half my hair was darker than the other and as they couldn’t visibly see the marks they done in my hair as it had faded ( which is definitely permanent dye and not semi !!!) Heeta saw no fault in her work. In between these sessions which were within two weeks I had time to look at my hair properly and get opinions off of a hairdresser and friends. They were absolutely horrified with my hair. When I came back not even a week after the lowlights I was arguing with 4 members of staff against myself a 19 year old for about half an hour and beforehand my sister had come along for support. They were all completely patronising , saying they couldn’t understand what I’m saying and walking away as I was speaking to them even though they can clearly see with their own eyes what my hair looked like. The owner and the lovely lady on reception who aren’t colourist proceeded to comment on my hair which was helpful.

The conclusion of getting botched highlights admitted by Ben that they were and then botched lowlights admitted by them as why would they offer to then fix it was for me to come back the third time to get a root melt.

I was blamed the entire time it was my fault that I didn’t communicate I wanted less highlights ( came in twice to discuss this with Charlie but apparently not ) and then I didn’t communicate I didn’t want tiger stripes. The end of the day no matter what I asked for I still got botched highlights and lowlights and was refused a refund . I was called childish and that I “ would never be happy with my hair anywhere I go “

I then went to work after being asked to leave and accused of faking the dots in my hair and scalp . The fact that I had left happy both times even tho I had no time in the salon to even look and analyse my hair as they had back to back blow dries. All gave them the conclusion I was probably faking this all for money of course.

To the salon you all need glasses and need to re-evaluate your adulthood if you think four members of staff plus Charlie and heeta at the beginning were needed to reason with me. You admitted fault in my highlights and then “ fixed “ it and then couldn’t offer a refund or £90.

don’t get your hair done by Charlie or heeta as you won’t get a refund at all. You’ll be left with the most unblended hair.

Pretty much every member of staff are rude and completely disrespectful to me a former client.
Ladies and gents go someone else’s worth your money.

Ben listens to his clients to work out exactly what they are looking for and then is thorough and attentive throughout to achieve this. Great service and very impressive value

Ben has been cutting my hair for a while now. Every cut has been fantastic and each time he manages to tweak the style to make me feel I have had a change whilst staying true to a look I am comfortable with. The proof of a great cut for me is that for a couple of months after each visit, I can wake up and get my hair looking good with minimum fuss.

I had a wonderful experience at Mudpak on Saturday being looked after by Charly for fresh highlights. Charly carefully listened when I explained the look I wanted and then created it whilst remaining professional and friendly. The salon itself is lovely, very clean and calm, and I enjoyed a lovely coffee and selection of magazines whilst there. Thank you Charly & Mudpak!

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Kim. She was great. We had a lovely chat and she got the shade of my tint perfect :)
