Totally scam company. Never use it. It has been many days since they didn't give me a withdrawal or refund. Pathetic support: don't fall for the sponsored YouTube videos. My 20 plus USD was lost in this. 

Withdrawals aren't working and they have stopped replying. It was my own hard earned mind you. Save yourself they might pull another wazirx. Stay safe.

Worst exchange I have seen take 48 hours to process any type of transaction deposit or withdrawal and customer support is also bad and very slow takes 24 hours to reply 1 massage. Do not use this app

MUDREX IS SCAMMER EXCHANGE IN INDIA FIAT WITHDRAW NOT WORKING LOCKED IN MY 1.5 LACS

Instead of flat fees as most exchanges have they use 2% withdrawl fees which so scummy , and it's not like doing this helps lower ammount withdrawls which get hit with a static fee untill a tier which is more than 2% , and fees are everywhere , they wil evaluate your currency while buying at 1$ to 1usdt when buying but when withdrawing after fees it's down to 0.9$ per 1usdt (10% +) . it's like as soon as you use their platform you start paying absurd fees on everything . even as Shady as binance or Mexc have better fee structure

I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Mudrex, which I believe may serve as a cautionary tale for others. My interactions with Mudrex began positively as I deposited 3800 rupees and crypto worth 299133 rupees for trading purposes. However, what followed was a series of concerning events that ultimately led me to suspect fraudulent activities.

Initially, Mudrex requested extensive due diligence documentation, including statements and other personal information. Despite my prompt submission of all required documents, the process seemed to stall. When inquiring about the status of my fiat withdrawal, I was repeatedly informed that my crypto withdrawal had been completed, despite never initiating such a transaction. This discrepancy was consistently overlooked by Mudrex's support team.

As I persisted in seeking clarification and attempted to cancel the fiat withdrawal to retrieve my crypto, I was met with vague responses about account upgrades and delays. These responses were not only evasive but also failed to address the core issue of my missing funds.

Since the 22nd of March, my attempts to communicate and resolve the situation with Mudrex have been fruitless, leaving me deeply concerned about the safety and legitimacy of their operations.

In conclusion, my experience with Mudrex has raised serious doubts about their integrity and handling of customer funds. I urge anyone considering engaging with Mudrex to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative platforms to avoid potential financial risks.

Its a scam guys the application is not in real time its taking the profit and giving you the losses scammers dont believe in Indian mf application everyone is scammer in India

I transfer crypto my wallet, but not credit still after 24 hr, support team not responding, what do I do now? Very bad service experience. I stuck 75000 Rs crypto with mudrex. No one responding for this. Not recommended mudrex.

Worst customer service.deopsited my crypto to this platform and provided all needed document. Still taking 3 days to deposit . Deopsited on sunday That is on ,18 th feb . now it is 20 feb .still now no response from customer support. you guys will lose your fund if you trust this platform .

Mudrex is totally fraud team.
I have invested 22 US dollar but after few days they told their policy changed so they will return my investment as a reward but after onwards they are not responding and not returning my money.
Please don't invest this fraud Mudrex and take legal action against them
