Happy with my new Flora black lambswool winterboots
The "Koel Flora black boots"are my favorite shoes. When I found out there was a new version with lambswool, I really wanted them, but they were already sold out in my country (the Netherlands). Google found Mugavik for me. I didn't know it, but I read the positive reviews of somebody from Germany and somebody from England. I am also very positive. I have my new lambswool boots. Mugavik kept me well informed about the delivery status.

Always Great Service
When I can't find the barefoot shoes or boots that I want in the UK, Mugavik.ee in Estonia is always the next place I look. They have a vast selection of barefoot footwear so I can usually find what I am looking for. Delivery is quick, it usually takes about a week and on the one occasion I had an issue they bent over backwards to provide me with a solution I was very happy with. When ordering from them to the UK my tip is to always use Fedex as the courier. They are fair and sensible unlike DHL who will add on astronomical VAT & import duty charges despite whether they are due or not, and claiming them back is a nightmare.

Great customer service!
When ordering shoes online, I had problems with the payment and I already thought I had lost my money. But the customer service answered through Whatsapp, sorted things out and sent my order very quickly and now I have the perfect shoes, in my size that was sold out everywhere else.

Scared it might be a scam but it‘s not!
I‘m from Germany and I wanted a certain kind of barefoot shoe that I could only find on scammer outlets or on mugavik.ee. So I was scared that this site was also a scam but I trusted it after some research. And I must say the package arrived within a week, plus the whole tracking process was very transparent. I have my shoes now and I‘m very happy.
So thanks to the team, I would shop there again.
