absolute scum , the trash bag con artists of the internet , dont go near them dont bother dont even engage with these scumbags , I seen an ab flexer and mine broke so it looked like great quality actually looked like a fabric type , when it arrived I almost threw up , 60 euro for something that is the same quality and style as the ones from wish.com not worth 12 euro in fact I purchased the one from Amazon for 12 euro delivered same type same model just different buttons a complete rip off absolutely disgusted a complete joke and there is no where on their site you can leave a review so whats on their main page is a lie and fraud . all other sites have the same items 90 percent cheaper scam artists absolute scum of the internet,

Product ordered - not as advertised, refund requested before it was even dispatched - refund and return later refused and emails ignored.

Purchased an item from these people weeks ago and not arrived. Mailed them several times but told still in transit 10 - 15 working days. After a month I requested my money back but no reply from them and no money returned.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO not buy from this company. I purchased a child Teddy from there page which I under stood was in the UK but turns out it came from China 2 months later. The Elephant looks notting like the picture on the Web page. All the Threads are hanging out and the stitching lines are all crooked. It's only fit for the bin been honest can't embarrass myself giving this as a present. Such a waste of €50 . Disgraceful

Absolute shambles of a company. All Chinese crap that takes ages to come. And then my order was wrong, rude emails from Mugba stating I put the wrong order in when on my invoice it wasn’t, spoke to my bank who looked into it and agreed with me and back charged my money. DO NOT USE THIS SHITSHOW SCAM OF A SO CALLED BUSINESS.

If you type their business address into Google you’ll find they have multiple websites all fairly similar in layout. Business address is 73 Canning Road

I ordered a chair from one of their sites and despite it stating that they would dispatch within one day I hadn’t heard anything by day nine. I then looked closely at their website & realised something wasn’t right. They had copied and pasted information about drones under their policies (on a furniture site), only 6 items on the entire site, bad spelling etc. I’m still annoyed with myself for not noticing this before making a purchase but hey ho.

The ‘contact us’ section on their website doesn’t work. Nor does the links to social media. Huge red flags.
I then emailed them and got a reply to say I could collect from their warehouse - fairly certain I’m not going to make a trip from Belfast to London with an egg chair on my back- or they would arrange delivery. Eh, what did you think my shipping address was to be used for?!

I got no reply when I asked why it hadn’t already been shipped. So they basically took my money, sat back & arranged nothing!

I don’t believe that they have the items in stock. The website I ordered from was called modernplace.co.uk. They also have Mugba, Shape up Athletics, DronePlay & homdeco.
Homdeco actually ‘sells’ the same few products as modernplace only at a higher price! Beware of all of these sites.

Very dodgy. I can see that another reviewer has noticed that they take your money and then source the product elsewhere. If I wanted to gamble with my money I’d use Betfair.

Thankfully, as I didn’t recognise the company I made the purchase with my credit card. After I emailed them they did send me a cancellation email.

Update: The money was refunded within a few days.

After reading reviews once I ordered my laser lights I was really worried I wouldn’t receive them until after Christmas. However I am really impressed. The Christmas laser lights are brilliant and they arrived in 7 working days. Very happy

Appears to be a scam, order not received after 6 weeks, no response from the company after sending multiple Messages on the contact form. Avoid.

The iPhone cases I bought both broke within a week of fitting them. In neither case was the phone dropped. Not fit for sale. Watch out.

I have to give everyone using this company an update. This company buys from other companies and then sent it on to yourselves, without the original packaging.I also notice that they charge double the amount. I bought a shaver and they charge me around £35. On EBay it was just over £15.. This is the reason for the delay of goods. I will be reporting them to trading standards as this isn’t a legitimate company.

Ordered product on 20 June.
Still hadn’t received it by 21 July.
Asked for refund. Email ignored.
Asked for refund again on 25 July. Email ignored.
Despite UK consumer law stating that if a product has not been received within 30 days, the consumer can cancel the order and must be refunded, Mugba has still not replied, nor issued my refund.
I looked for a contact number and address of the company to see if it was possible to speak to someone to resolve the issue but found that the company is not contactable besides its one email address.
I then searched for other reviews and saw a very long list of complaints that Mugba takes your money but does not deliver, nor refund.
Unfortunately, based on my own experience and the evidence reported by other consumers, I had no other option but to report Mugba for fraud.

Ordered a jacket. Delivery time took quite a while but that is understandable due to the current situation. Tracking was precise. I checked with customer service to verify the status of my package although I knew it would most likely be delayed with the pandemic. They replied outlining the situation and my parcel arrived a few days later.

Thank god I don't view clothing as an essential item during this time :) Have some patience people, could be worse.

Ordered and paid for an item on the 5th of may and emailed them again and again and check the tracking was the reply.Today i receive an email that they were refunding the money with no expanation after 2 months waiting for my product.what a joke of a company.avoid at all costs.🤬🤬🤬

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I bought a product that took I weeks to arrive. When it got here the product didn’t work. It was terrible. I got onto their ‘Customer service’...which was none existent. They made it impossible for me to get my money back. So I lost out on the money back and they essentially ripped me off.
If the lockdown wasn’t here I’d arrive on your door step and not leave without the money.
Terrible company. Terrible service. Will never recommend to anyone.

Terrible service orderrd a drone for.my nephew. been waiting 2mnths and still nothing. Few emails back saying its been shipped to your country but nothing. These companies gove other companies bad name. Company needs to be shutdown and just robbing people of there hard earned money.

Don’t deserve even 1 star.. my order has been ongoing for over a month now and I get sent a tracking link that tells me it’s been shipped yet it’s still showing in China.. had no idea why I even bothered purchasing an item from this company when I could have just got it local... it was for my sons birthday! Well thanks. I get no updates, my emails aren’t really answered and I am now in contact with trading standards as this is not acceptable. Disgusting customer service and a company I will make sure those I can do not use!!

Made my order on 4th March and received confirmation that it had been shipped.Despite several attempts and no explanation for delay I threatened to complain to consumer authorities on 4th June.My money was returned without explanation or apology.

Ordered in April. Item still not arrived. No tracking info. Won’t answer emails. Won’t issue refund.

Please don't use these cowboys, an absolute shambles of a company!
Wouldn't have given them any stars but that wasn't possible!
Ordered and paid for a phone case back in April, it's now June and still no sign of where it is or when I'll be getting it!
Was no tracking information regarding the package so asked Mugba support if they could help, they couldn't!
Asked if they could give me any idea how much longer it would be, they couldn't!
Asked if they could cancel the order and give me a refund, they couldn't!
