I have the same problem as everyone …

I have the same problem as everyone else on this site.
I ordered 3 mugs and the money disappeared from my account instantly. Standard replies to my emails with no follow and now it seems their website is unavailable. I think we have all been had.

Ordered and paid for 3 mugs at the beginning of August and still not received them. An email is responded with a standard email telling you that they will be back to you within 6 business hours - rubbish.
I wish i had read reviews before ordering now have to chase a refund.

They took my money and didn't send me the mugs

I ordered mugs from this company on the 10th August. They have taken payment from my card, but despite 3 emails I do not have my mugs. I have looked at their facebook page and it would seem I am not alone. Please do not order from this company as it would appear you wil lose our money.
