I never heard about this company before, but I decided to give it a try since they had product I wanted, and was pleasantly surprised by the result.

I recently attempted to buy a backpack from this store. I ordered and paid for the item, with the money taken from my account. The following morning I receive an email that the order was not correctly generated on their system and that the item was now out of stock and would not be available again for several months. Very frustrating as the item was sold out everywhere else also. Mukama did refund the money quickly and directed me to another site which appeared to still have the item in stock (but did not).

I recently bought a 12-set of Blacking 602 pencils from this store. I never heard of the store before and originally ordered the pencils from Amazon.co.uk who sent me the wrong ones (Blacking MATTE). Then I ordered them from Amazon.com a trusted source. However, Amazon.com hadn't shipped my order 4 days after ordering and decided to cancel and look for other suppliers. Since I have to write a medical assignment and am very font in writing with pencils (also own some Mitsu-bishi ones) I ordered them from Mukama.com with a fast delivery option (DHL). I live in Ireland and as far as I saw the order came from Estonia. I ordered them on Wednesday evening, by Thursday morning I had an email that the order was being packed and soon afterwards that it was sent. On Friday the package arrived nicely packaged. The price it sells for on this website is also on the lower end for Europe, therefore I am very happy with the whole experience and would recommend this store to other buyers.

I was looking for some EDC items and did not want to deal with customs and found this shop which is based in Finland (so close to me).
I ordered a bunch of stuff. Delivery was super fast and all items well packed.

Excellent customer service and personale help. It took My delivery three tries with DHL before it was delivered. The staff at Mukama resent it for me costfree, followed up swiftly on communication, and gave very good service.
