I have had a number of orders from Mulberry Moon and in every case have been really happy with the quality of goods received. However their customer service is exceptional! Whether by phone or messenger Gayle and her team are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Items always arrive really quickly and well packaged. I can’t recommend them enough and only wish I lived closer to the actual shop!

I fell in love with a beautiful pink top of which there was only one. This had been put on one side by the assistant for herself, she very generously took it out of the cupboard and allowed me to buy it. This lady could have remained quiet and I would have been none the wiser. So a big thank you to her and to my gorgeous top. Anne Prideaux

The decorative tray I ordered ( for a birthday gift) is lovely, very good quality & reasonably priced. The staff were most helpful when I contacted them to check on the likely delivery date - it was an online purchase. I called Mulberry Moon's store & notwithstanding it was an online purchase they went out of their way to help, taking the time to answer my enquiry (satisfactorily - the parcel arrived as promised a couple of days later, well within the expected delivery time).

We ordered a decorative Lobster ornament and the first item came damaged. However, we contacted the company straight away and a replacement was promptly delivered to us. We love the ornament that sits proudly on the top of our kitchen cupboards :)

The butterflies in the dome are gorgeous, excellent service sadly let down by Hermes who managed to smash the dome. Great customer service dealing with damage.
