Dissatisfied customer

I ordered a carving set for my son in law on 27th Dec and paid £6.99 for priority shipping. I phoned to chase it on 28th Dec and I was told that it had been shipped and I would receive it on 29th Dec. It is now 30th my son in laws birthday and still no parcel. I got an email on 28th saying it was shipped and gave a tracking number but no info about who the delivery company are . I am very disappointed and at least I would like the priority postage back and would appreciate if I had been told the truth in the first place as I would not have placed the order with them.

My husband ordered a Trug basket for me…

My husband ordered a Trug basket for me as a Christmas present. I have been wanting this type of basket for a very long time having never seen one that I liked up until now. When it arrived it was damaged due to the lack of packaging, there was none. We returned the item filling in all the paperwork and asking for a replacement. This didn't happen and the only reason I can think is that they didn't read the paperwork that was returned with the item as a full refund was given instead. Not impressed

Excellent customer service.

Ordered some lovely bee design glasses for a Christmas present but despite being extremely well packed, sadly one of the glasses had a crack in it. I rang up immediately and sent an email & photo of damage & I received a replacement the next day. Excellent service as far as I am concerned.

10/10 as far as I am concerned

I ordered a Wrenbury Basket from Muldale and unfortunately it arrived damaged (courier had presumably treated it as a football)

Muldale were extremely helpful and concerned about the damage etc.

They replaced the basket immediately without any fuss...

10/10 as far as I am concerned

Free postage??

Tried to order some goods from Muldale, attracted by the offer of free postage for orders over £50. No mention of exceptions of free delivery in their website headline. At checkout was charged £8.99. When I queried this they referred me to their shipping conditions in which Paisley (PA postcode) was excluded as it was remote. Paisley is in the central belt of Scotland!!

Unfortunately, we do not choose the areas that are charged a higher rate for shipping, this is dictated by our courier.

I bought a 3 piece pan set and I…

I bought a 3 piece pan set and I received it on time and exactly as described. I was also pleased with their use of recycled packaging.
Great service and a great price.
