Dissatisfied customer
I ordered a carving set for my son in law on 27th Dec and paid £6.99 for priority shipping. I phoned to chase it on 28th Dec and I was told that it had been shipped and I would receive it on 29th Dec. It is now 30th my son in laws birthday and still no parcel. I got an email on 28th saying it was shipped and gave a tracking number but no info about who the delivery company are . I am very disappointed and at least I would like the priority postage back and would appreciate if I had been told the truth in the first place as I would not have placed the order with them.
