My son has been trying to buy something this evening. They are wanting a ridiculous amount of intrusive ID
They wanted a photo of me as I am paying for it.. I had to be holding my passport with a handwritten piece of paper saying mule factory on and a utility bill.. it’s very intrusive and I will not allow him to use this site again. Very odd I’ve never had anything like it!

Unfortunately, we receive a high volume of fraudulent orders and steps like this are necessary both for our own protection and the millions of people who fall victim to identity theft each year. Most unauthorized orders we receive are made by children, as young as 10 years old, who are using their parents credit cards without their knowledge. In most cases verification is required only once for each customer and you will likely not need to provide any extra information for future orders. Rest assured that your personal information will remain confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than fraud prevention and will be deleted once the verification is completed.

It used to be good years ago when I purchase plenty of orders for POE. This time when I returned to them they told me since there are many fraud transactions, they would need to verify my account by providing my ID picture, my phone and email. This starting to get "werid" then I stop using MuleFactory. It on you if you want to keep using MuleFactory. I think I would stay away for now.
