The mechanism stopped working after SECOND use. I contacted Mullend for replacement and was told that only able to exchange within 14 days and I was too late. Then I questioned they “100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product doesn’t give you results, you are able to return for a full refund within 30 days of the product being delivered to you.”
Mullend repeatedly refused to honor advertised terms, later claimed I had “not returned the product,” even though I was never given return instructions.

Exactly on day 30, Mullend stated that I was “too late” for the return. Around this time, the wording on their website was changed from 30 days to 14 days satisfaction. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Inferior product pen mechanism. 3 out of 5 fungus pens didn't work as the mechanism just slipped when you twist it. When I complained I was told like others the product must be unopened even for a replacement. UK consumer law seems not to apply to mullend. UpDate on 08.04.26 Mullend resolved the above complaint to my satisfaction

Its taking a while,but can see small improvements over the months I've been using the nail pen.

No problems or issues, delivered in good condition, the stuff works great. I am now in the maintenance phase, my nails are clear and looking great again and I intend to keep them that way.

After years of trying lots of products for treatment of 'nail fungus' I nearly gave up. Surfing the web i came across 'Mullend'. Read all the research and read every customer's report on the product. Very positive feedback back.
I had 3 toe nails on my left foot affected with fungus & 4 on my right. Following the instructions on the leaflet and after 6 months, I was delighted to see the affected nails' were growing healthy nail.
One day my work colleague & i were talking about holiday sandals. She always wore sandals with toe covering because she was embarrassed by how her two big toe nails looked- fungus.
I gave her one of my unopened box/tube to try & after a few weeks she was delighted to see the solution was working. 🥰

Have had fungal infection a few years trued treatment from chemist's but nothing really helped.Your fungal pen is starting to work.

The product took two weeks to arrive. I ordered the teeth gel. It is a very tiny pen with very little product in it. I followed the directions on the package precisely. The product ran out in under two weeks, there was absolutely no change or effect. I keep getting emails from them to review the product, however the emails don't link to an active site and I can't get any website to load from their registered address on a Google search. I'm not using any sort of blocker, so this is pretty odd. I'd say they are either a scam, or the products are being copied and sent from China by a fake site. Avoid, it is a waste of money.

Easy to order. Very happy with ease of use, really helped my sensitive gums after first application, will continue using gel.

I've been using it for approximately a week and noticed how quickly it soaks into the nail compared to others I have used. I am looking forward to seeing how well it does having used it for a bit longer.

looks like its making improvement already. early days yet so fingers crossed. happy so far.

Ive used about 7 of the pens but haven't noticed much difference.

Having tried a lot of different treatments. This one seems to be working.

These nail pens are so easy to use and I noticed positive results straight away. I was a bit sceptical about ordering them in case it turned out to be a con but I've been really pleased. This is my second order of a set of 3 pens so I can keep going for full clear up of the fungal infection

I have several pens in hand as I have a long way to go..but they are working. I wish I took photos before I started but I didn't but they were bad and the improvement is very impressive

Having it delivered and got it ok. Going to start using it from monday 16th febuary. Was a bit concerned when i got a email about ordering from dodgy companies but im sure your not . Been seeing some very negative messages and now not sure if i should start using it now as really dont want it to get worse . And seems ive paid so much money not sure what to do .

Easy to order, prompt delivery. Just started using the product about 5 days ago so no dramatic results yet. Its easy to apply.

I was a bit skeptical at first on placing an order but the product promised results, so I went for it!
I can truthfully say this product does what it promises.
I made my first order just before Xmas 2025 and made another order in January 2026.
Keep doing as the product asks and you shouldn't be disappointed 😁
