Ordered engraved necklace nearly 1 month ago now, still not delivered ,this despite stating 6/8 days p/p ,always an excuse when they can be bothered to answer .beware just site to take your money ,am contacting bank for further action

Not as described - no LED box looks tacky ! £29.99 !!!! Not as advertised - need banning ! AVOID DO NOT ORDER OF THESE SCAMMERS!! I have warned you ….. really annoyed 😡

Ordered, has just arrived…. In a flimsy cardboard packet, no led box. At least I did get the pendant, very cheaply made. Cannot recommend, live and learn, sorry to all you guys who didn’t get anything. Advertising should be stopped.

I ordered a necklace for my wife on the 13th December, I had a couple of emails, one to say order was being processed then another to say it's on its way, I could use the tracking which looked as if it was coming.

However when I have tried, tracking it and even looking on their website it looks as if it has closed...

Can't believe I fell for this, and gather I have seen the last of the money I paid..

Avoid at all costs. Placed an order on 27th November. Email to say dispatched 1st December , then another email to say it was delivered but not then another order on its way and apologise because the ,"small team is overwhelmed," you might want to say overwhelmed before saying it's delivered. Then another email on 12th December saying due in 3-6 days. HELLO. I asked for my money back as this is substandard service but ignored. Now 15th December 20 days and no sign of goods or refund . Part B. Goods arrived on 19 th December but not as advertised. What I got was a tin necklace with stuck on names and a box that lights up but no words inside,"the words are the most important part ".

Do not purchase anything from this company. (MULOVY) Not only did it take three weeks to arrive.. from China may I had.
Its of poor quality. I purchased a necklace that's supposed to be 925 silver when in actual fact its TIN.
PLEASE ,dont be fooled by there adverts, you will be ripped off.

Very poor quality,can buy exact pendant on ali express for 1/3 of the price
