To produce my review, I had to give a one star rating.This company isn’t even worth minus one star. I am one of the idiots conned into purchasing these so called specs. I too experienced difficulties perusing a full refund, but after many months my credit card provider gave me a full refund. Those people still trying to get a full refund, you must have initially paid the merchant by credit card so seek their help

I would give a 0 star rating if I could. I am still trying to get my refund. My experience of this company actually started in March 2025! They are based in China, did not know that until I needed a refund.
This company is rotten from the top down. I hope people read this and take my advice have nothing to with them.

If I could give a negative star review I would. The glasses did not perform to an adequate level so I asked to return. So far so good. Communication was swift, courteous and understanding until was informed it would probably cost up to £70 to return them to the USA which seems bizarre when it shipped from the UK and the return address on the packaging is also in the UK. Cue several months of emailing back and forth as they increased offers of refunds by miniscule amounts until finally 50% was arrived at. I accepted this as I wasn't prepared to waste any more time on it and obviously have never received the refund. They supplied an obviously fake proof of deposit when I informed them weeks after they said it had been processed that it had never been received. I have reported them to the authorities and Ombudsman as I hate to think of someone in a more precarious financial position being taken advantage of and lied to. If you are considering taking a chance like I did then do not. Avoid this dreadful, scamming company at all costs. They obviously write their own positive reviews and I can assure you the reality is worlds away from what you receive both in service and quality of goods.

I agree with the bad reviews after so many emails back and forth from a faceless company offering from 10% to 40% discount if I agree to keep the glasses only to then end up having to send them back to China ! even though the return address on the package has a UK address (so much for easy free returns) sick of all the trouble they have caused but I will persevere with getting my refund and will be very weary in the future, checking if the company you are dealing with is actually in China give it a very wide berth.

I have joined the club of idiots who got two pairs of Multilens glasses from this "scamming " company.
Should have read your four reviews. and agree with some or your other poor fools comments that the 5 star reviews are suspect. Should you investigate?
I have also contacted Which and my credit card company under a section 75 complaint.
Seriously you cannot believe the lack of quality or the uselessness of these so called glasses, or the offer of £7.90 to go away.
OR PAY £35.50 TO SEND THEM BACK TO CHINA.
Trump you have my vote.
But on the delivery parcel there is a London address for returns.

What an awful product!! Absolute waste of money! They are so cheap and flimsy, one wrong move and they will just break! Cant even get them to focus with my eye sight. £54.98 for a pile of cheap plastic. Do not buy this product! the reviews on the website are clearly fake reviews, should of done more research on this product before buying but don't fall for the hype!

The product is ABSOLUTE rubbish and not in any way fit for purpose. The returns procedure is a complicated procedure involving sending the package to China at your own expense. I quote..
" It takes 5-7 business days to issue a refund after the purchase is returned to our Returns Center, and 3-20 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (depending on the payment method).

All shipping costs regarding returns, refunds, and or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The Company does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable."

Absolute RUBBISH!!!! About as useful as a trinket from a cheap Christmas cracker. I'd get clearer vision looking through frosted glass. My fault though, I should have checked the customer reviews first. I
Put in a complaint and was offered a miserable refund amount and some lame excuse about the cost of return postage. Be aware, do not fall for the hype!!!!!

please do not buy these lenses they are absolute crap !!!! also when i asked for my money back under their "gaurantee " i got a long winded story about how much it would cost to return them and got offered a £10 refund
