Avoid this company like the plague.... I ordered boots from this so called company because in August 2020, apparently shipped a few weeks later, given a tracking number and everything seemed legit. That's about as far as it got really. The tracking number showed a few weeks later that it was delivered, it wasn't, I purposefully got it sent to my work because there's always someone there, none of my colleagues received it. Suspicious. They do payments under Jinzhou, which is a fraudulent Chinese company who are only interested in taking your money, and giving you nothing. I emailed them, persisting that they give me answers. The first email back said the tracking number was linked to the wrong address, sent with apologies and a promise to resend the items out along with a new shipping label. They then don't send you anything and leave you hanging. Other replies they spew to you include "weve sent it out, be patient" and "we'll send you a free gift" etc. I paid via PayPal, I took it up with them when Royal Mail confirmed the address it was originally shipped to wasn't the address it was meant to ship to. PayPal got me my money back at least. But definitely do some research into unfamiliar companies before you buy.

Fake, Fake, Fake!

Boots not delivered. Again, sent tracking number and email to say goods had been delivered. Credit card company will not refund me as I received an email to say the goods had been delivered. So Angry!

Worst company ever! Ordered a dress in August 2020 and nothing received except excuses. This company is a complete SCAM - fraudlent. Do not order anything from them - a complete waste of money

Too late for all of us writing reviews. Don’t even bother to try and contact them as you just get one of two standard replies - in transit and held up at customs or delivered to wrong address. Scam scam scam

Do not order from them! I ordered boots 3 months ago and they have never turned up. They fob me off by saying they were sent to the wrong address, then struck at the airport etc. They refuse to give me a refund. SCAM!!!

This is a scam organisation-failed delivery - failed responses to queries- don’t throw any cash at them!!!!
Had to give 1 star to be able to insert narrative - don’t deserve any star!!!

If you could give a review lower than 1 ⭐️ This scam company nailed it!! Still awaiting the boots I know I won’t get now after waiting 3 month numerous emails which were never answered.

Ordered boots in October 2020, got an email on 12th Oct saying they were dispatched. Its now 26th November and still waiting. Emailed customer services and the reply is in Chinese, as good as a chocolate fireguard. Don't use them, scam, scam, im furious

Ordered boot three months ago and I'm still waiting, furious and upset. Their customer service email doesn't work any longer. It is a scam. I saw the advert through Facebook, I will not trust this type of clickbait advert again!

Items not sent to correct postcode and will not accept responsibility. Royal Mail have had no delivery to my postcode.

DISGUSTING. MULTIBLESSINGS you should be ashamed. Customer service e.mailed several times in desperation. No boots. Ordered beginning Sept. now Sept 12. NOTHING...

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Like all the reviews on here, the boots have not arrived, I have emailed so many times!!!! same excuses that everyone have got. Boots went to wrong address tracking has stopped at customs be patient they say!!!!! They will arrive. bla bla bla bla , sick to death of this and I will definitely never buy from China again, piece of 💩😡
UPDATE Reported to PayPal and they have given me a refund. I have learnt my lesson!!!

Disgrace. Operate with Jinzhou name for PayPal payments. Have opened communication in resolution centre today after not receiving boots ordered in Sept, tracking info says in transit, website has gone :-(

Do not use. I ordered boots back in September 2020 they say they were dispatched which took ages in itself, that is if it ever was dispatched. I have been following the tracker Track17 which says it was delivered on 31/10/2020. I have contacted the company three times and told they are on their way and that there is an error with the tracker. It says Royal Mail are the carrier and even on their tracking it says it was delivered but where to I do not know! I have asked for my money back but get told they are on their way. Absolutely terrible company. Made a big mistake ordering from them. AVOID at all costs.

Criminal scam. Do not use. My wife ordered boots in September. She paid in UK sterling on our credit card. There was no acknowledgement of our order or confirmation of delivery date. A different amount was charged to our account in Euros. The boots never arrived. My bank is arranging a refund for us.

Absolute scam, I ordered some boots back in September, I've been tracking the parcel which states has been delivered which clearly hasn't. There excuse was a system error and was sent to the wrong address and was sending a replacement out. Refused to issue a refund. Avoid at all costs. I have logged this with the police fraud team.

Ordered boots in September, contacted after 4 weeks as hadn't arrived and was told the were being packaged for dispatch. 2 weeks later nothing so contacted again to say they had been dispatched. Asked yo confirm date of dispatch, name of shipping company and location they have been sent from and all im told is that the shipping company will update soon! They have refused a refund due to being shipped.
It seems that it is a scam and I won't get my items!
Also as others have said previously, the website has disappeared!

I TOOK CASE TO PAYPAL WHEN THEY WENT SILENT. PAYPAL SAY I DONT HAVE A CASE AS COMPANY SAY ITEM WAS DELIVERED. NO IT WASNT. NIW THETE IS NO TRACE OF COMPANY. DONT BUY FROM CHINA. Shocking! Ordered boots back at the beginning of September, initially contacted them in October to say it had been too long and I wanted a refund. I got an email to say I would receive a refund in 2-3 days. I then got another email to say it was in transit and would be with me shortly. I’m still waiting and have contacted them numerous times to demand a refund. I always get the same message to say it’s in transit. The website is also no longer available so I’m certain this is a scam. Avoid at all costs!
