Multideck - Much needed repairs completed
I had Multideck build steps and a walkway/veranda for our static caravan in 2020 and was initially happy. However a year later there were issues. The sides were bulging badly and many of the rails had cracks. These got steadily worse and I phoned for some after sales care. I was promised repairs many times. I submitted photos and was assured that it would be dealt with. 25/10/24 I was called by Multideck and they inspected and ordered all the parts for a complete overhaul of my steps and veranda. In late November 2024 Gary returned and repaired all the defects. I haven't really used it as yet as we are now out of season but it all looks good now. 😁. It took a couple of years to get sorted but it's done now so I have re visited this review and updated it accordingly.
