Was terrible. I chose the service as they promissed good dates to deliver the printed materials, however they were 7 days late.
If you need something urgent I don't recommend this website. Also the support stoped replying me after my request for partial refund.

come le abbiamo già spiegato, la data indicata sul sito e nella conferma d’ordine si riferisce alla partenza della merce, non alla data di consegna.
Inoltre, il ritardo del corriere è stato causato da un indirizzo di spedizione inserito in modo errato al momento dell’ordine. Abbiamo contattato il numero di telefono fornito e una persona italiana ci ha assicurato che ci avrebbe inviato l’indirizzo corretto, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto alcun riscontro. Solo dopo un secondo contatto via e-mail abbiamo finalmente ottenuto l’indirizzo corretto e l’ordine è stato consegnato subito dopo.
Pertanto, il ritardo non è stato causato dal nostro servizio.

Dear customer,
as already explained, the date shown on the website and in the order confirmation refers to the shipping date, not the delivery date.
Furthermore, the courier delay was caused by an incorrectly provided shipping address during the order process. We contacted the phone number provided and an Italian-speaking person assured us they would send us the correct address, but we never received any follow-up. Only after a second contact via email did we finally receive the correct shipping address, and the order was delivered immediately afterwards.
Therefore, the delay was not caused by our service.
