Multigroup Poster is a Chrome extension for bulk posting and scheduling content to multiple Facebook groups from a single browser. It is used by real estate agents, recruiters, marketing agencies, coaches, network marketers, and e-commerce sellers who distribute the same content across many groups they already belong to. What it does: users write a post once, select a saved list of Facebook groups, and the extension publishes sequentially to every group with randomized delays between posts. Posts can also be scheduled in advance. Spintax syntax (writing {Hello|Hi|Hey}) generates a uniquely worded version of the same post for every group, which is the most important technique for sustainable, account-friendly posting cadence. Core features include: bulk posting to unlimited Facebook groups, built-in scheduler, Spintax variation engine, configurable randomized delays between 30 and 300 seconds, daily posting caps, support for images, video, multi-image carousels, link previews and colored backgrounds, posting as Page or Profile, multi-account support on paid plans, and detailed run history with per-group success and failure logging. How it compares to alternatives: unlike server-based "auto share bots" that run on remote infrastructure and often trigger Facebook account restrictions, Multigroup Poster runs entirely inside the user's own Chrome browser using their existing logged-in session. No Facebook password is ever requested or stored. Post content is never sent to third-party servers. Group lists and drafts are stored locally in chrome.storage on the user's device. The extension is built on Manifest V3 and works on every Chromium-based browser, including Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, and Arc. Pricing: free trial with no credit card required. Paid plans are month-to-month or yearly with cancel-anytime billing. Plans include Starter, Pro, and Multi-Account tiers. Multigroup Poster is an independent product built and operated by a solo developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Customer support is handled directly by the founder, with typical reply times measured in hours rather than days.

Great experience

I promote my business in Facebook groups and posting manually used to take me a lot of time. Multigroup Poster made the whole process much faster and helped me stay consistent across different groups. It’s simple to use and has been genuinely useful for getting more visibility without spending hours copying and pasting posts.

Game changer for Facebook group's

I don’t use Facebook groups every day, but when I have a campaign or an offer to promote, posting manually becomes annoying very fast.

Multigroup Poster helped me prepare everything once and publish in a more organized way instead of jumping between groups for an hour. It made the whole process less messy and saved me a lot of repetitive work.

Simple idea, but very helpful if Facebook groups are part of how you get customers.

I run a Shopify app and use Facebook groups as one of my channels to reach store owners. Multigroup Poster helps me organize my group posting instead of copying and pasting the same content manually every time.

The group lists, scheduling, and Spintax options are especially useful because I can prepare different versions of a post and publish in a more structured way. It saves time and makes Facebook group promotion much easier to manage.

I run a 3D printing business and post…

I run a 3D printing business and post in around 80 different Facebook groups a day to reach customers. Doing that manually used to take me close to 3 hours daily switching tabs, copying, pasting, trying to stay consistent. Multigroup Poster automated the whole thing and scheduling means it just runs on its own now. That one task used to be a real drain on my day, and now it's basically off my plate. The consistency has paid off too more visibility every day has meant a noticeable increase in leads for my business. Would recommend it if you're posting regularly across a lot of groups and want that time back.
