I started with the extreme cream as due to my cystic fibrosis I am unable to take the usual pharmaceutical anti inflammatory medications. The cream works wonderfully and smooths in no time at all. Products are great and definitely help with various issues we have. However I did not receive and postage updates, so I was not sure if the order had been posted or when it was due to arrive, which would have been rather useful, hence not full 5*
