I’ve been using Mumuhost since 2021, so it’s been almost 5 years now, and my experience has been genuinely positive.

When I first started, I was honestly very skeptical because the pricing was extremely budget-friendly, especially for someone starting a business website. I initially thought there might be compromises in quality. However, my opinion completely changed after interacting with their customer support team.

The customer service was very friendly and supportive. They even gave me a huge discount on my first hosting plan and helped me migrate my websites completely free of cost, which was a big relief at that time.

Since then, I’ve had almost no complaints from a hosting perspective. The servers have been stable, and whenever I faced any issue, I simply raised a support ticket on their website. Most of the time, my issues were resolved very quickly. Occasionally it may take a bit longer, but in the end, the problem always gets resolved properly, which is what matters most.

Currently, I’m using their WEB EXTRA plan, and I’m very satisfied with the performance and value it provides. The only improvement I would like to see is an increase in the domain limit from 5 to 10. Apart from that small suggestion, everything has been great.

Overall, I’m very happy with Mumuhost and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable, reliable hosting with excellent customer support—especially beginners and small businesses.

5 minute resolution of my DNS & SSL issue as soon as a support ticket was raised. Ajmal was very quick & helped resolve the problem

Worst Experience with MumuHost, I am using WordPress Hosting (Shared). Server is too slow and mostly running down. My website is down due to server side issue for 5 hours+. I will not recommend this Hosting for Wordpress and Shared hosting.
