From the very start of my subscription in Jan 2024 I had trouble with my deliveries. I had to continuously remind them that I hadn't received my order. They kept giving excuses i.e. your shipment label went to the other warehouse. Late shipments after late shipments. I repeatedly asked for my money back for the remainder of the shipments in my year subscription. They would only send another box late or extend my subscription by the missed months. The last shipment I received was in Dec 2024 labeled Oct 2024. They owe me for 4 shipments on the year subscription. I told them I didn't want any more boxes just a monetary refund for the part of the subscription I didn't get. Nothing. I sent emails asking to call me. Nothing. They got away with over $120. I don't care if there's new management/owners. If they buy a business, they own all of it, including dissatisfied customers.

It is a scam. They took my money, promised to repay me and never did. DO NOT USE.

I paid about $250 for a one year subscription for my granddaughter. She only got 5 boxes!! My numerous emails have been met with apologies and excuses. NOW they just ignore me. What a huge disappointment. for a little girl.

Never received my package, marked as delivered. No way of tracking through the shop app. Will never order from company again as they also don't have an option to cancel your membership on their website nor do they respond to support emails, please use anyone else besides munchpak as they do not have it together and are only interested in trying to scam you for your money.

I ordered with MunchPak and they took forever to send me my items. The best part is when I finally got what they sent, it was a completely different snack box from a different company, and it was way smaller and cheaper than what I ordered(Also the snacks were awful and cheap, like gas station level). MunchPak are SCAMMERS do not order from them. I had to do a chargeback because they would not answer emails.

Purchased a 6 month subscription last year and then in Dec I got an email saying they had charged my account again for a subscription that I never agreed to. They continue to charge my account but will not respond to emails and we never have received a box since they renewed the subscription without my permission. I have to cancel my cc just to get them to stop charging my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

We have not received a box since April 2024. I emailed in the Fall and got a kind response from Maria apologizing, informing of a new ownership and saying they would extend the subscription for 6 months at the next level box. Got a notice that a box had shipped but have not received anything. I have emailed numerous times since with most recently requesting cancelation and a refund for the missed months. There has been no response. When I log onto the website, it shows no subscriptions ever. We have had a subscription for 4 years.
It is so frustrating that a business can continue to operate in a fraudulent manor such as this.

If I could give no stars at all I would. Total Scam now, use to be great but no longer the case. Months and months with bs excuses that they say things are out of their control but if that’s the case they shouldn’t take orders and anyone’s money. They should say out of stock due to issues. Still taking everyone’s money with no intent of sending it is illegal and a scam. They also like children and true scammers will delete and block everyone’s comments on social media so they can continue posting and false advertising to scam more people. Awful and I’m sure they will be prosecuted and shut down very soon. Me along with other people I’ve spoken with have contacted the BBB.

I paid for a year subscription. By the 3rd month, they did not send me my monthly box. I had to email them and reach out to them in order for them to fix the problem. Then, a couple months later, same thing. They said they would send me something "extra" for the inconvenience (again) and never did. The final 3 months of the subscription they never sent me anything. I had to send them dozens and dozens of emails until they finally sent me what I paid for. Horrible communication. On top of that, the boxes did not come with the pamphlet as promised to explain what comes inside. Lastly, they promise international snacks and most of the time they end up sending American snacks that you can buy at the gas station. Never again. Highly DO NOT recommend. I recommend Universal Yums instead.

I have ordered much pack a few times this is the first time I ever had this experience through Munch pak I ordered a package December 13 of 2024 and I have still yet to receive my package here We are December 26, 2024. I have contacted customer service several times through email and have gotten no response. I keep checking my tracking number for the package and it’s saying it’s in a warehouse in Oklahoma with a shipping label, it has been in that warehouse for eight days and has not moved and I have contacted customer service about this through email and gotten no response whatsoever. I literally just want my money back because I don’t want the package anymore. I mean, im tired of waiting on it. This is the worst customer service I ever had. I am never purchasing much pack ever again.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from Munchpak! Whatever changes happened this year have been terrible. 4 years of great snacks and regular delivery have been replaced by missing boxes, countless unreturned emails to customer service and an account cancellation by them (even though my account was prepaid). After paying for 12 boxes, I only received 6.

I've been a multi-year customer. Awesome, prior to ownership change in early 2024. My monthly shipments stopped coming. After multiple attempts to contact them and see what happened, they apologized, stated that the ownership (and physical location) change impacted things and they were trying to right the ship. I received 2 more shipments after that and have since missed my last four. I've contacted them six times over the past month to resolve this. Crickets. Not a single reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Update as of December 29, 2024

Still have never received a response to my multiple emails nor any product from MunchPak. My bank refunded the money I spent as I paid for something I never received and never will receive. I recommend everyone who was ripped off by this company lodge a fraud complaint with their bank.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER from them. I placed an order for 1 box on Nov 14. Was told shipping would be fast and guaranteed. Received no shipping update. On Nov 21 emailed their customer support for an update and was told they were having supply issues and I would receive a free box as a result. To date I have received nothing from them. No further emails, no shipping notification, and no product.

Sent two more emails to them last week and received zero response. Tried to call their “customer service” line this morning and it says it’s out of service. It’s absolutely a scam. I have read other reviews by people who cancelled their subscription only to have the company “renew” it and continue charging them.

I cancelled my Visa today and am lodging a dispute with my bank against this company for the money they charged me for a product I have not received and will not receive. They 💯 ripped me off.

It seems as though they used to be legit and that’s why I ordered a Christmas gift for my son from them. No longer though, so I hope this review might help someone else who is considering ordering from this company. Choose someone else and save yourself the grief.

Worst company ever. Basically the same thing everyone else has said. Did well for a few months then nothing. Contacted, sent out 1 box then nothing. Contacted again. Same deal. If they auto renew as some have said I will be filing a chargeback to my credit card.

Do NOT order from MunchPak. We ordered the 12 month, paid in full, for a family Christmas gift. It sounded so awesome as we LOVE international foods. But it's a total scam - they promise a box a month, but after about 3-4 months, the boxes stop arriving, their customer service keeps saying it's on its way, etc., but it never is. Read the reviews - I'm not the only one. I'm in the process of filing a fraud complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Seriously, DON'T DO IT.

Impossible to cancel!
I tried logging into their site, thought I forgot my password so I requested a reset link. Still haven’t gotten it. Somehow I remembered my password and got in, but hold on, captcha! I can’t solve the captcha, tried 10 times at least now and I’m 100% certain I’ve given the right answer. Also the boxes are losing all variety. Total scam.

Company bought some stuff from me and didn't pay my invoice. Their new ownership is not honest

Basically all of the same issues that everyone is having. Boxes missing snacks, paperwork, etc. Entire boxes missing. They charged my debit card twice in the same day with one charge being $10 more than the other. I can not log into my account. It accepts my password but then doesn't let me past the "Captcha". I've tried on my phone as well as on a laptop to ensure it wasn't just my phone that was the problem. I tried to reset my password but never received the password recovery email. Customer service has not responded. After reading all of the other poor review here, it looks like I'll need to get a new card to prevent future charges. I will not do business with this company again.

The snacks were fine, but not great. There isn’t much variety month to month, so I wanted to cancel. I couldn’t log on to their site, but never got the promised link to reset my password. I emailed customer service, who assured me they would cancel my subscription. I got a shipping notice for a new order yesterday. Still can’t log on to the site and their customer service won’t email me back. Go with a different snack box!

9/9 edit: despite several emails, I haven’t going a link to reset my password and I just got charged for another box. Worst customer service EVER!

Wish I had checked the reviews. Trying to cancel but it won’t let me log in, redo my password, and customer “support” never responds. About to cancel my card so the payments stop….
