Mundomar 

Although a lovely place to visit, if you want to book anything please DO NOT use the little stand before you get to the main gate.
We booked online and then went to the stand to book the VIP experience, we paid by card and were told it declined as she took the card out too early, but no receipt given even though we asked. We paid cash instead, again no receipt given and went into the park.
When we returned to the apartment I checked my bank to find she had taken the payment from my bank, I immediately contacted Mundomar about this, they corresponded with me and confirmed the error and agreed to refund me. They allegedly sent a payment but it never went anywhere as the bank involved doesn't accept the transaction type they use. Two weeks after I had nothing I contacted them and gave them new bank details which they agreed to refund to.
This happened at the end of July and I still have NOT had a refund despite numerous emails.
Although the place itself is lovely to visit, expensive on food and drink and gifts but what place of this type isn't. I would only recommend if you avoid that kiosk unless you want to be out of pocket over £100.

Lovely little place, great bird show inside, the seal show was great, getting audience involved, never made the dolphins as left for water park. Wouldn't say it's a full day out but defo 5 hours or so. Great cost to add on to the waterslides.

Today we made a short visit to Mundomar. After the dolphin show, one of our children suddenly became unwell. The lifeguard from Aqualandia responded quickly and took great care of us, as did the doctor from Aqualandia. We would like to sincerely thank everyone from both Mundomar and Aqualandia for their excellent care and support.

Overall fair experience there. Paid for VIP tours. Our guide was friendly and very informative. Only leaving a low review due to the fact that the female dolphin trainer was very rude during that part of our dolphin encounter. She spoke to us in a rude manner and seemed to take issue with me having an encounter with the dolphins. This was meant to be part of our package. Everyone else in our party and every other party we were with had no issues being able to interact with the animals. For some reason it felt like my face just didn't fit and she was really snotty and stuck up with how she spoke to me in particular. Would not recommend this part of the tour at all.

It's simple do the visit and book the VIP tour! We were with Victor today and the trip was excellent. Tour guide very informative and tours delivered in both English and Spanish! Got a free bag, Tshirt, bottle of water, snacks and a beer! Perfectly interactive and the animals well cared for, replicating/simulating natural behaviour using only positive reward training. Well worth a visit. Thanks Victor!!

Amazing, This is defently worth going to. I went with my 2 children aged 4 and 12 to benidorm Last Week, it was the highlight of the holiday on Saturday.
We did the vip experience and had the best time, u forgettable memories and we was treated very much as important people 😁👌 perfectly as discribed. We did the experience in the morning, children got to feed some of the animals, hold the birds, play with the dolphins, they put nice selection of food on for us and cold drinks, They gave us bags, t-shirts and bottled cool water. We watched the dolphin show and they got very special moments as a small group they played with the dolphins and tickled then and played splashing, we also got lovely pictures taken by staff and they was all waiting for us on leaving. Would defently go again. Made the best memories and highly recommend this to every one
